    I am looking to trade my great condition Barefaced Super Compact Gen3 for a BF Two10. Comes with roqsolid cover. Very superficial marks (photographed) from rubber feet on amp. Would imagine these can be removed. Happy to meet up a reasonable distance for the right cab. In answer to a couple of initial enquiries the SC is trade only at this point. Thanks for looking.

    If its the bass mistake then don't stop - I try to just noodle on root notes until Im back in. If you stop everyone notices! If its someone else in the band then I just give a wry smile and not give them the evil eye. As SteveK said if its early in the song then no harm in starting again and it will give the audience a laugh!

    I used the John Carruthers step by step guide when learning about set ups. I now just do them to suit my style. If you are going to do the work yourself just take small adjustments. My son is currently learning bass and he gets fret buzz and this is just down to his technique. His bass is fine when I play it.

    My band played with a larger than life dep singer last night. Fantastic gig with a sozzled appreciative audience. Something momentous happened - I started to bop about, bounce on my toes and sing. I've never done this although secretly would love to be a young Sir Horace. I'm hoping to replicate this in the coming gigs, although slightly worried this was a one off.

    Lost track of how many times I looked at that bass when it was up for sale and was so close to buying as it was just up the road from me! Now your rubbing my nose in it - congrats it’s a super cool looking bass. Great mods and I also think it looks better minus the pick guard.

    I took my b6 to band practice last night and noticed annoying electronic click through cabinet, this only happened 2 or 3 between songs when patch is engaged. Not massively loud but bloody annoying. Does this sound similar, is it a digital thing or perhaps a fault within my Zoom? I used the rehearsal combo this week but plan to take my own head and cab next week. I've not noticed it at home but I am playing a quite low volume. I have already forewarned the retailer that I may send it back for exchange.
