    Great Pictures and a real tidy workshop, I love seeing how a piece of wood and wire turn into something so stunning just shows the magic is in the fingers of players and luthiers alike.

    I've just learnt Jumping Jack Flash and the hardest thing was finding the key I wonder if they speeded the tape up to get it to sound more tight.

    Got bought this about a month ago and although its a nice bass its just not me,The guy who sold it had a Youtube link (I'm sure he won't mind me linking it!) [url="http://www.youtube.com/v/CQpgeSbP1Vs&hl=en&fs=1&border=1&quot;&gt;&lt;/"]http://www.youtube.com/v/CQpgeSbP1Vs&h..."></[/url] [attachment=23789:1d40_1.jpg] It comes with the original Status H/C but the foam has parished a bit so needs refoaming but it lives in a Brand new Semi-hard case(Sadowsky type) at the mo which I'll also include.There are a few very small dings and a bit of tarnish on the Brass nameplate and a very small patch of slight ripple on the neck which you can just about feel- But other than this its in great condition for a 22 year ol bass. Price wise I'd like what I've(She!) got in it £750 or might trade for something interesting like a Sandberg/Double pickup Musicman/Vigier(+cash or anotherbass from me) Sadowky(+cash or another bass from me) but prefer 4'ers only.     Serious Bargain here I had one,Yea they are heavy but they do have good casters and are easy to transport and them radiator speakers on the side really push out some amazing low end grunt.

    1972 John Birch great Bass, the Magnum pickups are hand signed by the now Deceased JB but they sound amazing.Great Live Bass with a really nice 60's Jazz type neck.The controls are Volume/Tone for each pickup,Master volume,Series/Par knob and Pickup Toggle...     Bands impress me not really players as such so my vote would go to WoT band looks great on the footage I've seen 'em.
