1.
it would be really handy to hear the bass if you could
Well after a couple of hours in front of the pc last night I have concluded that while, yes, I do have the right bits to do the job, no, I don't yet have the wit to get it all to work together! I'll be contacting my pro-engineer mate to see if he can offer some wisdom around getting it all to work...or at worst (best results though) I'll see if I can pop round to his flat and get him to do the recording!
 2.
Hey Andy The Schallers have been used, but they still look nice. Here's a pic And the stand is one of these https://encrypted-tbn2.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcQkJFniC2YA_HI0WXAPpUI6kEfJssdw-qqF9O1c14aKdLOxTEU7
I'll take the straplocks thanks, will pm you re details
 3.
I just use Adobe Reader for my Galaxy. All the charts are in PDF form so it's easy.
I've tried that and it absolutely works, I'm just wondering if there's a smoother way of moving between songs than having to either make one pdf of the whole gig in order or finding the next song in the changeover...? Some app that lets you select which song pdfs to call up and does so in the right order, also letting you save setlists
 4. Hiya missy, are the schaller straplocks all shiny unused and new? If so, I'll take 'em please...also... Have you a pic of which one the hercules stand is please?
 5.
it would be really handy to hear the bass if you could
I'll have a look this evening and see if I've got the right kit at home to do it fer ya
 6.
Do you have any sound clips of the bass, so we can hear it in its full glory?
Oo, good question! I haven't actually...I wonder if I've got the gubbins to produce some...
 7. Not sure which forum this should be in but... I've got loads of songs in pdf form and I'm looking for an app to use with my android tablet that will: look in a certain folder and create a list of the pdfs in there, allow me to create editable, storable and sharable set lists which refer to those pdfs, open in turn and scroll through those pdfs with manual swipe when we finish a song, prevent the device from sleeping when active. Does anyone know of an android app that can do this please?
 8. We have a samsung galaxy tablet that I'm thinking of using for charts...any idea whether those apps are available on android too?
 9. Thanks matey, that's what I needed to know!

Also are you at Moffat tomorrow? http://basschat.co.uk/topic/197966-fretless-bass-wanted-fender-to-trade/page__hl__jazz+power__fromsearch__1 Peter (who is )
Hiya matey, I'm missing out on moffat this year cos it coincides with my brothers birthday celebrations :-/ I've looked at your jazz a few times and it does look like fun but I've got my eye on a g&l jb-2 so I need to sell really rather than trade unless it's for a jb-2? Anyone?

 17. I'm looking at a cheap passive bass to take to pubs when playing so's I don't have to take my ACG 6'er...a quick google on my selected bass brought up lookat.com and they current;y have some rather stupid prices (like half the normal retail price!!) so before I press the button I wanted to see if anyone had any experience with them and whether they were scheisters or genuine...? Anyone??
 18. Having seen but not heard a ubass before watching that vid can now hear/see the attraction! I'd like one of those little fellas!!
 19. That looks exactly like one that was listed on here earlier today!
 20. If I was to part this out it'd probably go something like this...(prices include UK shipping) Ebony fretless J neck (incl hipshot ultralite tuners) - £300 Fully loaded Geddy Jazz body (incl all the below) - £300 Geddy Jazz Body (incl control plate, spare wiring loom, neck plate and bolts) - £200 Schaller high mass bridge - £50 Dimarzio Model J Pickups - £80 So it's a steal at £500 inc uk shipping for all of the above isn't it? If someone offers me anything over £450 (inc uk shipping) we've got a deal and I can buy myself a little G&L tribute JB-2 to play with...

 24. I have (for sale/trades) a geddy body (black) with schaller bridge and dimarzio model j pickups that is currently married to a fretless neck with hipshot ultralites tuners (done by our BassDoc), it sounds exactly like what you're after! (it just needs a tort scratchplate putting on)...
