8. Double sided tape there is a central hole through which you could screw into the end of your fingerboard
9. Free yourself from feedback with a Kent Armstrong magnetic pick up type bump
10. I thought you said "chucked"

14. Withdrawn Just got this a couple of weeks ago from Bob Pickard but I don't need it now. I paid Bob £70 posted so I'd like to get £70 back or swap for an Underwood It measures 3 5/8" or 9cm
15. My Guy - Mary Wells - 1964 plus a few other Mowtown hits - Heatwave - Bby Love James Jamerson double bass
16. I've just got back from my regular Sunday night gig at Bradford City Vaults Been using my MB210 there for a year or so with upright and Fender basses Gives me a big, fat, vintage sound with any bass Tonight the venue was heaving with the noisiest audience I've ever experienced but I could hear every note from my Yamaha SLB200 Don't miss out on a bargain!
17. So it's about 18lbs which is a nice weight. Any idea of a price yet Geoff?
18. Ryan bought my N.S. Design end pin this week Fast payment etc, he's a great guy to deal with A no probs, top Basschatter
19. The braided might work on the Yamaha which has too much sustain with some strings
20. Hi Daf, as discussed yesterday I'm up for trialing any that you might think suitable for my needs, probably braided. Cheers Keith
21.
Gone to a happy home
Phew! My gas pressure has been extremely high what with this and Geoff's Mo Clifton.
22. thanks for the link Geoff 18kg that's far too heavy! (unless it's 18 lbs) If it's a typo it could put off potential customers Yamaha SLB100 - 22lbs, SLB200 - 16lbs and I don't like the square bottom but if the weight, sound, balance and feel are right it would be priceless
23.
if you can't enjoy the sound you're making............................
you might as well shoot yourself
