5.
Well, I just had a message for an audition for an originals band, I think this could be something to to get my teeth into :-) so I'm going to try out for them with a back up plan of starting another band or finding another band if it doesn't work out :-)
That sounds like a plan. On the brother thing I totally understand where you are coming from!, I have a twin brother and I think we would end up killing each other if we worked together in any sense, luckily he's not really into music and doesn't want to play an instrument (his favourite song as a kid was Bright Eyes by Art Garfunkel!). Good luck and you'll probably get on better with your bro now John

 10.
About 65-70 I'd say. I was outside having a fag after the gig and this drunken woman is sort of leaning up against me, started running one of her hands over my chest, then down on to my abs, then...er... further south. Her husband was sat at the bar inside, too. Shameless hussy! I wonder if she was that frisky when she was younger - she looks like she'd have been a bit of a looker 30 years ago....
Chick magnet LOL John

 19.
I've just received another video from Scott Devine. Absolutely free of charge, well put together and easily understood. http://www.scottsbas...roove-l102.html Anybody else signed up to Scott's website? What you think of this as a resource??
I am, enjoy his vids and they are very helpful for a learner like me, great stuff John
 20. I've only been playing Bass again for about 5 months after playing in my teens a bit and I'm loving it, I probably play/practice/learn about 2 or 3 hours a day (sometimes more!), I try to structure my playing session with a certain amount of time on scales arpeggio's, an hour or so learning songs via YouTube and probably an hour just noodling on the bass and writing down on post-it notes ant little bass riffs/runs I make up. Anyway my advice is stick at it and try not to put pressure on yourself, a short break from playing might help as others have suggested and you might also see if you do miss playing bass or not. Good luck John
