1. Still available for sale, will entertain offers if anyone doesn't like the asking price. Sadly, it really needs to go
2. Hehe, I don't blame you. It's a real beauty Absolutely amazing bass...
3. You don't really want a Rick, what you want is a lovely natural, limited edition Tanglewood Baron with an East U-Retro Deluxe pe-amp
4. Any interest in a trade for a P/J Tanglewood?
5. Wow, that is gorgeous. Best looking J bass I've seen in forever.
6. Yes it's true. They're practically unheard of in the UK. Of course, this doesn't make them bad basses. If it's possible, maybe record some licks with the bass and post them on here? Until then, perhaps this will help: www.youtube.com/watch?v=q3r6GAqHu4E
7. I can't believe there's so little interest in this. Really beautifully crafted basses with amazingly versatile tone, I'd rate them up there with the likes of early Sandbergs. If anyone is undecided, I'd strongly recommend trying it out, I'd be willing to bet you'd be seriously impressed. Best of luck with the sale dude.
8. Absolute stunner! Always wanted to get my hands on one of these, spec wise that's just about my perfect Lakie. But, sadly not a penny to spare. Have a bump for a beauty instead.
9. oooh, that's interesting. Sadly I only have trades to offer, so have a bump instead.
10. Hi Barrie, excellent ad for a really rather lame bass. Wish I could afford something so mediocre
11. Oh man, I've wanted to get one of these for AGES! They're stunning basses with bags of tone and killer punch (supposedly from that unusual neck join?). Sorry I've nothing to offer you, have a bump instead for a great bass at a nice price
12.
Gorgeous!! what does it weigh?
Cheers man, it sure is. In terms of weight, it rolls in at just under 8lbs (including strap, if I recall. I don't have any scales to confirm this right now, but I will do asap).
13. Really great basses, tonnes of tone and (at least for me) very, very playable; that Ovangkol neck is sublime! If I had any money I'd definitely consider getting one of these again. Bump for a nice bass!
14. I would love to take this off your hands, but unless I can shift my Tanglewood I've got no chance (unless you're interested in a trade?). Sandbergs are supermegawesomexcellent basses - always regretted selling my PM4.
15. Friday bump! Have a good weekend everyone
16. Stunning! I'd love to have a play on one of these Wood & Tronics basses, if they sound as good as they look, they must be awesome Have a bump!
17. If I only had the money....great looking bass! Have a bump. Don't suppose you want to trade for a Tanglewood Baron?
18. Bump! Have also decided to offer this up with a Fusion F1 gig back as opposed to the hardcase if people prefer, just let me know.
19. Stunning bass, I used to have a fretted one of these and it was awesome! Absolutely great playing too man! Sadly all I'd have to offer is my Tanglewood Baron (check sig), Have a bump anyway
20.
looks utterly awesome skez
Cheers Skez, indeed it is Bump for some pics added.
21. Up for grabs is my excellent gig rig; Gallien-Krueger 400RB-IV head with an Ampeg B 410 cab. Both items are in excellent condition with no damage to speak of. The cab has picked up some light scuffs, but nothing serious. The head has a custom built housing made by Matamp. I'm looking to sell the set-up for £625. I will consider selling the items separately asking £325 for the cab and £350 for the head. Collection from Tunbridge Wells, Kent would be preferred due to weight and size of the items. Here's a pic: Any questions, please feel free to get in touch.
22. Thanks Fianso. Indeed it is a remarkable bass. I'll get some pics up in a while
