Thanks for the offer not really what I'm after but good luck with the bass, I am a big fan of Lewis Johnson ever since I got the Star Licks video back in the late 80s in fact it's the reason I got a 77 Stingray. James
I figured as much, but always worth a punt Best of luck with the sale/trade - really stunning looking basses; god I wish I was rich.

I have never been a huge Ric fan (mostly due to their looks) until I saw the Sheepdogs play at Hop Farm this year and really warmed to the sound; lovely warm bottom with nice crisp highs that aren't at all harsh but cut through the mix.....suddenly I'm gassing for one. This looks like a beauty but alas, all I have is trade bait in my sig. -
Haha not really after a trade but let me know what your thinking of what's the worst I can say! James
Well, all I have to offer is the Performance Guitars Louis Johnson Dragon custom bass in my sig; I've just put it up this weekend for trades...bloody awesome bass and not sure I really want to part with it, but just testing the water to see what comes up and was thinking a Sadowsky might be a nice alternative.

Following a couple of poor financial months, I'm in urgent need of money, so it's with much regret and a heavy heart that I'm offering up my Dragon bass for trade or sale; Trades: Looking for a 'super' jazz type bass or another M/J pickup setup. Ideal trades would be: Lakland Celinder Mayones Windmill Sadowsky Sandberg Spector Etc... Well, you get the idea. No Fenders please as we don't get along well, but if it looks, plays and sounds good I'll certainly consider it. I'm partial to flamed and quilted maple tops and anything that stands out a bit. 3 band EQ is a definite bonus as is a nice pre-amp. Trade value of around £1600 for my bass, so would consider something of equal or lesser value with cash my way but unfortunately no money with which to trade up. I sold my beloved Tanglewood Baron bass to Carlos and he was an absolute legend to deal with. Really patient (with my umm'ing and aah'ing about the sale), great at communicating to sort out a good deal and just a pleasure all round to sell to. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell, or buy. Cheers Carlos, I hope you really enjoy the bass!
