  1. iReal Pro - great app that I use now that I struggle with remembering songs/setlists thanks to long covid. Takes a bit of time to set up, but pays dividends in the long run.
  2. Two - a medium sized 1x12" with a standard 19" rack head (300W), and a 1 x 10" 150W 'mini-rig'.
  3. Dancin’ Fool - Zappa
  4. ‘Arry only ‘tickles’ the strings though, a fairly unique approach that differs from the vast majority of us mere mortals.
  5. three fingers for me - ring, middle, index then rinse and repeat. I used to practice on the seams of my trousers on the bus!
  6. DC offset also reduces headroom, as the wave isn’t centralised at 0v, so instead of a +/- 10v (for example) each side, one would only have 8.5v of wiggle room with a 1.5v DC offset.
  7. Daddybrotherloverlittleboy- Mr Big

    Feedback for Mace

Bought Mace's Spectracomp in a really easy and fast deal, great communication from start to finish. Recommended BC'er.
  9. If you want a Fender tone stack that’s cut only then it’s a really easy thing to make - it could even be a passive pedal as the cutting is all being done with R/C networks- I’d recommend an active boost at the end as a recovery stage though.
  10. I've not had anything as serious as that, only a couple of very near misses. I'll echo what's already been said on here and hope for a quick and painless recovery for you, and a rapid return to playing.
  11. 46 and 2 - Tool
  12. I seem to remember the 30Hz slider having a red cap instead of the standard white one - this is why.
  13. Happiness is a warm gun - Tori Amos and obviously The Lads, but I like this version.
  14. I seem to remember seeing Fanny's slot on the OGWT. Sorry.
  15. Americans liquidating assets? I hope he's not ill.
  16. Some excellent millinery on here guys n' gals. Makes me think I should consider some sort of accessory.
  17. Jesus! That looks like something from the Titanic.
  18. Are these powerful enough to drive a power amp from the output?
  19. Something Fender-y. I've got an old SG with P90s that sounds amazing, but the scale length is a bit cramped for my taste. I know there's not much in it, but when you're used to a proper instrument every little counts.
  20. I hate myself and I want to die - Nirvana
  21. Ultimately your setlist is dictated by your audience/venues. If folks like what you do you’ll always have bookings. Everyone has to play songs that they don’t like, it comes with the territory.
  22. Hats off (to Roy Harper) - Led Zeppelin
  23. I had one of these back in the day while my Ampeg was being repaired, I remember it sounding great and the DI output was really clear too.
