1. ***Reduced to £700*** This is a rare opportunity to buy the Rolls Royce of Bass Cabs, it is with a heavy heart that I am offering my EAD Foundation 2 x 12 up for sale, simply because I am exclusively playing upright these days, using a Headway pre-amp directly into the PA, and with the possibility of a new Double Bass looming, I feel it is time to move this on... This is a solid unit, with a stunning build quality that is second to none, no corners have been cut in materials and workmanship, this cab will last a lifetime! Extensive research has ensured that all the components used provide a perfect reproduction of the signal fed to the cab, what you hear is exactly what goes in, only louder! The clarity and depth of sound is staggering! As you may know, these are no longer in production, I believe the cost in time and components required to maintain such high standards proved not to be viable in the long run, so this is a perfect opportunity to become a member of a very exclusive club!! I could find no marks or scuffs or dings when taking the photographs, the Roqsolid cover it came with from new having done its job, plus those of you who know me will (hopefully) testify that I look after my gear. I will take [s]£800[/s] £700, I'm afraid I don't have the time or resources to pack this up and post, but it might be possible that some arrangement could be made to deliver or meet half way depending on time/distance considerations. Pick up from Swindon would be preferred, where it can be given a blast before handing over the hard earned! The kettle is always on!! 2. A Headway or Radial ToneBone preamp into the front end or effects return of your amp should do the job. I currently use an ATS LBA 500 to double between electric and acoustic upright bass, but I always carry my Headway EDB-1 for those feedback situations (which you probably won't encounter with a EUB). The headway will be useful when you inevitably progress to double bass.............. edit - ATS for sale
3. The usual great service from Dave - quality product delivered in double quick time! See you next time!!

GILLY

Just met up with Will to hand over an amp he kindly bought from me. He's a nice guy who turns up on time and is as good as his word! I would happily reccommend him as a buyer or seller. One of the Basschat Good Guys!
5. I am intrigued by these Taurus amps, but very limited info available. Looks like the hybrid models should appeal to Streamliner users.. (not price wise, unfortunately)
6. Bought new over the Christmas holiday period, from Bass direct, after I sold a Markbass amp, and (thought) I had bought a TecAmp Puma from somebody, who subsequently changed his mind leaving me without an amp! Now there is another Puma up for grabs I am happy to move this on. Its only done three gigs and a couple of rehearsals and is unmarked, good as new still in the box! I think £425 posted is a fair price.......If the puma sells before this, I will have to pull the ad though, don't want to be amp-less twice in four months! Specs Here Pics up tomorrow.
7.
The shuttle 9.2 is on my radar
Well I have a 9.2 and I'm gassin' for the Puma................. Wanna talk?
8.
I believe andyonbass got one for his daughter recently. Andy?
Thats right, but in typical 15 yr old fashion she never really played it, so I sold it last week. To be fair, she is learning to play electric bass guitar and found adjusting between the the 21' scale and a 34" P bass a bit confusing. Seemed a tidy little instrument though, I would have changed the strings, had she taken to playing it, as they seemed a bit sticky, (probably would have played in with a little more use). Huge sound when amped though.
9. Shuttle 9.2 plus it bit of cash your way? Pm if you fancy a chat.........

12. Bought some strings off Sarah, nice price, speedily dispatched and well packaged. A very easy and pleasant transaction and I would happily recommend her as a trading partner. Many thanks!
13. Another good deal from Martin, this time as a buyer. All went very well, item well packed and shipped in double quick time. Thanks Andy
14. Pete's a great guy to deal with, recent transaction went smoothly with no hitches, great communication and instant payment. I would happily deal with him again
15. I was up in the circle - so dissapointed I couldn't really hear Norman, even his solo was pretty indistinct Soundman needs a kick up the a*se methinks. No problem hearing Alan Lancaster though, possibly his less technical playing style doesn't need to cut through in the same way. Great rocking' gig though, just like the "Old Days"!
16. Thanks for the suggestions guys, might bump into you [s]in the bar[/s] there
17. Yup! Myself and 15yr old daughter will be attending ... What's the parking like in that neck of the woods?
18. Do an ebay search for 3MDual Lock - much stronger than velcro
19. Quick easy and pleasant transaction with Martin, instant payment and good communication. Happy to deal with him again in the future Cheers Andy
