1. Le grande hatche and no mistake!
2. Zoids are fab. Great design and w&t is class all the way. There are a few basses like this out there at the moment ie top stuff just looking for the right home. Have a bump on me whilst I wait for a lottery win to help build a zoid heard :-)
3. Thanks for the comments guys, you are all right, it is a great bass. What can I say needs must....
4. Bump for "was withdrawn now back up development"
5. Very nice and rare to see the 4 string version of these. Fantastic bass for the money, hold on, sold already..? DOH!
6. Hi something's just come up that would fit the bill perfectly so for now I'm dropping the asking price to £1,100. If it doesn't work out I'll probably withdraw the bass for now.....
7. Saturday nights all right for fighting apparently. Bumping as well I say.
8. I remember these fondly. Same circuit as in the Kubici?
9. This is a mentally fab bass. Re the stringing I have a w&t 5 34 scale with exactly the same nut. It is designed for e-c but unless you are planning to use a mahoosive b string the nut accommodates b-g no probs at all. This might be different of course but I think it would be fine...
10. No love for the rim? J's or P's definitely of trade interest...
11. Thanks guys. You are right Haz, this bass does need a home. The main motivation behind moving this is that I really don't want it hanging on my wall not getting played - cliche - it really does deserve better! Anyway, hopefully all pms are replied to. Thanks to all for your trade offers, keep em coming - really looking for some kind of superjazz....
12. All pm's replied to and pics now added styleee bumpage
13. Cheers ville, the w&t is just working so well for me that this beauty is just not getting a look in....
14. Crazy stuff, it's up it's down. Well it's up now and needs to go. Attached is a link to an earlier thread which comprehensively covers the details of the bass, I'll away at the moment and will post up to date pics soon. http://basschat.co.u...6/page__hl__rim The combination of delanos and aguilar pre really seem to work on this bass. The B is huge, and the playbility is tremendous. Very smooth for a bolt on neck I think and the bass manages to cover lots of tones without ever really losing it's own character. I've used it mainly with a DB751 amp and have been very very happy with how it sounds. The bass does have a very wide neck. The edges are rolled though so it's actually very comfortable. I have big hands and it's never been an issue for me, for a 35 it actually feels like sightly less I would say. All in all a terrific bass. Very cool, excellent build quality and component parts (really love the locking tuners, comfortable to play and wear, and most important sounds like a really class modern 6. Smooth, warm, clear and not to hi-fi or fussy like some. I'm a particular fan of the smooth treble that the bass produces - even boosted with the pre it never get's harsh or brittle. Bass comes with a hardcase and I will ship it internationally at your risk and cost. It's in Norwich and you are welcome to come and try it out together with light refreshments and bass banter. There has been a lot of feedback on this bass as it's made it's way around the forum in the last few years and as far as I can see all of it has been good. I would agree in that this is a terrific and quite unusual instrument, I think its travel is only really down to GAS and the fact that many of us tend to move the gear we are not using in favour of new stuff that we (think) need. Cheers folks, ABD
15. For the money you can't go wrong with these. Lot's of real estate for muchos pedalos, solid construction and reasonable protection with the bag. I don't know about the condition but this would make an excellent start for anyone wanting to beging the 'messing about with pedals' journey.
16. Best tuner, great price. Superbarg.
17. Got stag written all over it....!
18. Bought a zoom b3 from Mark. A1 goods, great coms and posted really quick despite mark having some difficult circumstances his end. Tip top guy to deal with.
