  1. Hi mate - I have a maple neck with black block inlays that I could be up for trading. Let me know......
  2. Hello, Turns out I've got a spare Fender Marcus Miller preamp available. Was keeping as a spare but looks like I need a replacement pre for another bass, this one is not suitable but hopefully will offset the cost... I don't really have a clear view on what the value of this should be so let's say £50 shipped to uk? To be clear, it's just the pre, no plate or knobs included. If you need pics let me know. Cheers, Andy
  3. Bought a tecamp cab from Don earlier this year. Real gent and an excellent cab. Good luck with this done, hope things pick up for you soon.
  4. Wow. I think a little bit of wee has just come out. Zoid arrives today hopefully or I'd be very up for this... Good luck with the sale!.
  5. Awesomeness in green. Have pm'd you....
  6. Really interesting. I've got a 6 string version of this bass which is simply epic. I'm also after a 5 to tune E-C, never thought of this as an option though due to the slightly limited upper access, I was also a bit concerned that there might not be enough string 'mass' to really work the neck with that tuning. How do you find it E-C?
  7. Thanks guys, yes it's madder than a sackful of badgers that this has not sold. I just can't lower the price on this but the deal now includes a really nice Tribal Planet hard gigbag. Sat am + bass not sold = BUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUMP
  8. Just bought Ian's Shuker 6 string. Great coms, very fair price, quick shipping, well packed and - most important - a beautiful bass in virtually new condition. A top guy, deal with confidence!!!
  9. Bump ye, bump ye, o bass of pearloid blocks and blue flame, John East pre and quality hardware. Fear ye not a happy home awaits ye soon with a bass playing land-lubber. Ooo-ar, twas international talk like a pirate day yesterday, so it was
  10. Sorry vmaxblues, got tied up on other stuff. Pics now up
  11. Pics up bump - thanks for the vid Korerok, yes this is absolutely it but it's worth mentioning that it will also produce some great pad sounds and tidy synthesque lines.
  12. [attachment=117872:20120909_110418.jpg] [attachment=117873:20120909_110432.jpg] [attachment=117874:20120909_110438.jpg] [attachment=117875:20120909_110508.jpg] Very rudimentary and a little rough around the edges construction wise but a decent basic passive 4 string. 3 octave neck but neck and action mean anything beyond octave 2 is a lottery. this said do you really want to be there anyway? The bass sounds good and works well imho, single passive emg select in the bridge with a single volume control. Play wise you need to work hard but then this is not pretending to be a prestige instrument! I just don't play fretless and whilst this looks great on my wall the heard needs to be culled and, cheesy though it sounds, I'd prefer someone to be playing this. £125 plus shipping. Gig bag include, case extra if you want it. I'll even throw in the strings - cutting my own throat!!! Cheers ABD
  13. EHX Ravish Sitar bought new a few months ago. Great piece of kit and great fun but I need some space on my board and this has marginal application for me right now. Has velcro on the base but I think I do still have the rubber feet so you can stick em back on if you like. Boxed, manuals etc. Basically mint. Poss trade for a Zoom B3 (still checking this out) or £120 cashearthsterlingmoneypounds posted anywhere in the UK. Very easy to use by the way as demonstrated by my 2 1/2 year old son.
