  2. Think they have a few, max purchases per buyer is 4 when I put a bigger number in though.
  3. Superb basses. Whenever I gig mine it attracts so many positive comments .
  4. that’s a great shout. is the fretboard another uk bass forum?
  5. Ordered today. Getting plexed. Should be here in one week. First 2024 I've seen. Makes #7.
  6. I’ve just purchased a pedal from Lee and it went smooth as can be. Excellent communication and packaging. Cheers mate 😀
  7. I had my first rehearsal with a new band tonight. While setting up, the keyboards got plugged into the PA and immediately I could hear a thick ticking sound coming from my amp. I eventually isolated it to the power supply for my Boss GT1-B. It was a super cheap one. I've never had anything like this before. Is it new power supply time? Or was that a freak occurrence?
  8. Today
  9. There was an Ibanez on Facebook marketplace, not only did it look like it had been used as a spade, it looked like it had been run over by a large tractor and left lying in the mud for a decade. I looked at the photos and decided £10 would have been too much to offer for it. You have a good catch there, assuming the neck stays stable and it stays in tune for a song at a time.

  11. Not a gig announcement, but we got a pullup done 🙂
  12. Spotted this, using the voucher code HOTDEAL20 it goes from an already cheap £199 to an even cheaper £160 https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/314736880431? They're £250 everywhere else so seems like a bargain.
  13. Have to join the group to see it! How much are they asking? It looks amazing.
  14. Nah, go to Ronnie Scotts - https://www.ronniescotts.co.uk/#home-content 😎
  15. I play a Mike Lull PJ5. It's a boutique bass in every sense. If I could find a P bass at half the price that played and sounded as good as my Lull I'd buy it in a heartbeat. Until then the Lull will have to do.
  16. Hi. It’s from 2001. Not sure about Warwick’s different necks/dates, but the nut (just replaced with a brand new genuine brass one) is 38.5mm. Feels petty skinny and fast to me, but then I play a fiver mostly. cheers.
  17. I recently had a trade offer (on Facebook marketplace, natch) of an Epiphone LP Goldtop. The back pickup isn't working, he said... Do these people leave their guitars outside?!
