  2. My preparedness thus far extends to having bought a large tin of choccy biscuits (for emergency use by the team).
  3. Was listening to the Anthony Johnson album Reggae Feelings today, its good rough dancehall style with Flabba on bass and the Roots Radics , my best track
  4. It's taken be about 2 years, but finally got one: I don't expect Space Echo as an effect to have much practical use for Bass, good fun though and good for keys. Seems a great bit of kit, sounds good, good build quality. I had the old RE-20 and this RE-202 seems better (main things being additions of: presets, midi, saturation, wow/flutter with 'age' setting, and it's smaller but with more controls). One unexpected thing is that reverb + saturation can make some great sci-fi foghorn sort if noises. Doom! Can also just use it as saturation (mild overdrive) with no reverb or echo. And the 'warp' and 'twist' effects are fun. I expect these are the main things I'll use for Bass rather than playing along with an echo on. Lots of extra editing can be done too (reverb types, twist effect types, echo quarter/eighth notes etc.) my only gripe being that needs a convoluted 'hold switch while turning on' manoeuvre, an 'edit' button to access it would be good.
  5. Manufacturer? Country of manufacture? Planet? Designer?
  6. These are just breaking in nicely, but I have switched to through-body flats instead. Some fraying to silks as expected/usual. They were originally on a 3 over 2 headstock, so the D is cut a bit shorter than ideal for a 4 over 1, but they do work as you have about 1.5 wraps. £30 posted.
  7. I bough this back in February so it is in almost new condition. The only marks on it are from where I had straplocks fitted. The only reason I am selling is a bought a suede-lined one by mistake (I usually get smooth leather)! 3” wide strap 1⅛ ” wide feeder strap Adjustable length 43″ – 56″ Standard 8mm Buttonholes Super Soft Leather in Black Suede lined in Black Stitched in Black Logo in Black £50 posted in the UK
  8. Erm... Interesting. Ibanez on a roll in this territory with EHB's though eh?
  9. Hmm, getting serious here too! All this is coming with me tomorrow. Rob
  10. Why are those guitars still on the wall?
  11. @peterjam will you be suitably armed with the tin foil lined hat? Just in case....

Chris bought a second hand (but unused) BOSS BCB-30X effects carry case from me. A very smooth transaction. Chris was a pleasure to deal with and was really helpful in providing information for shipping. Top bloke!
  18. Dang it, wish this had been available a couple of weeks ago before I shelled out for a new one 😆 GLWTS!
  19. I didn’t see the edit button for some reason, but price reduced to 300 gbp, cheers
  20. By the last few tours I did, I was on £250 per gig. Sometimes restaurant meals were part of the deal, other times we got per diems to cover daily expenses. And this was playing as a sideman for signed artists, with record label support and gold discs etc. Very occasionally I might get a bit more (say £300 or £500) for festival gigs or one-off special events but otherwise it was always £250. Rehearsal fees would differ from artist to artist, as might studio sessions. Bear in mind I stopped touring in May 2018 and almost every tour I did between 2006 until 2018 was in Europe. And I was still living in the UK then. No idea what it's like now.
