Thats not ideal, my U4 took 13 months to break (ie, just outside waranty)!

This foot controller came with my Trace Elliot amp. It's faulty - it's suspected that the switches need a clean and some use, as it's been stored for 10 years. No charge, just cover the postage - or collect from Chepstow.

That's a very tidy haul, Muzz - congrats! (And hopefully you're not about to tell me that bookings were down 40% and it was actually a really crap year for you guys!) Are you guys doing a mixture of pub and function work or predominantly doing one or the other?

I still have my mini rig which is kicking out about 150w but I'm going to upgrade the speakers in the TC Electronics 208 so it become 4 ohms and can handle about 400w. Its a well known upgrade, will only cost £100 and that way I can use all 280w of the Warwick Gnome iPro

Their only good stuff is their early stuff which is far too interesting to get in the list and everything post BSSM is just terrible.

It sounds very good. Lots of midrange tone and very loud. I suspect I need to spend some time with it to work out the sound I like the best. Rob

First thing that comes to mind is the Helix Stomp. I know there are many other options out these but ive used the Stomp for both bass and keys (not at the same time or even in the same band), and it worked well. Especially good when using the midi function to change Stomp patches with keyboard patches. If you set up a chain of blocks covering the different effects and have them turned off, you can just enable them rather than needing to scroll through anything. This is how the cheaper multi FX like the Valeton's work.

Any recommendations for stereo effects pedals that work well for both Bass and Keyboard? I'm keen to gradually build a pedalboard that could work for both. That means they need to have the option of stereo in/outs for the Keyboard (it has built-in stereo effects like Leslie speaker), not be too Bass specific (e.g. Bass compressor) and be able to handle line in as well as instrument in signals. It'd be good if they had presets that could be easily changed from Keyboard to Bass. I think the Source Audio stuff would all be good. e.g. Atlas compressor, Collider delay, Gemini Chorus (which I unfortunately sold recently). Perhaps the Boss RE-2 or RE-202. Any good stereo distortion? (distortion is one thing I'm not so keen on with the Source Audio pedals, doesn't sound as good as analogue to me) Perhaps multi-fx like the Boss GT Core. My reservation with multi-fx is I enjoy the jam band improvising type approach to all apart from the 'bread and butter/always on' effects, especially with keyboard e.g. if I instantly decide I want one section to have distortion and chorus I can easily press both on with individual pedals and easily change their parameters, I can then decide to add some delay and click that pedal on - as opposed to trying to do all that with multi-fx by scrolling through effects blocks and parameter menus or presets to find one pre-planned for that exact eventuality.

Whole Lotta Rosie hasn't appeared yet either, nor Highway to Hell. Number one will surely be between Stairway and Bo Rhap. I was just looking for Sweet Child O' Mine, which hasn't appeared yet, then remembered Sweet Home Alabama - and then, thinking of American states, Hotel California. None of them in yet, so they're in the top 155. And then California led me to RHCP, and there's none of their songs in yet.

There is the MarkBass MB58R 122 P 4 ohm 600w cab at around £600 new Not sure if it’s any good ? Im using two MB58R 102 Energy cabs but fancy a standalone single 212 cab
