  2. Sub’n’Up mini. Very good condition - does have Velcro on the bass. Boxed. £55 posted in Uk
  3. Hi all. I'm speaking to Rich Tone music about selling a couple of guitars to them. Due to distance, I would need to send to via courier (which theywill orgsnise). When others are couriering basses, where do they get boxes from? Also, any testimonies on selling to Rich Tone greatly received. Thanks in advance
  4. So far Deezer is the only one I'm aware of that's trying it. Nothing I've read over the years about Spotify or it's owner makes me think he cares about much about the content on his platform other than funneling as much money as possible from the music industry into his own pockets. Unless his revenues start dropping off because people are boycotting Spotify in protest over unlabelled AI I can't see them taking any action.
  5. I'll go for the exciting blue 18ft Unbranded Cheap Instrument Lead pls. I'll PM you now. cheers, Mark
  6. Bought a nice Wren and Cuff pedal from @Clarky - well packaged and delivered so fast it was here almost before I bought it, which was nice! Very friendly chap and a very pleasant trade - thank you! Would definitely buy again 👍
  7. Having a sort out of stuff I’ve bought for projects that never happened….. Six string bass bridge. Used but in good condition except for one small scratch. No mounting screws. Six string Schaller bass pickup. Never used. I bought a few Schaller pickups a while back - only used a P bass one which is superb. Hopefully this one would be as good. £60 for both posted
  8. That's a good point. A few years ago I tried a Zoom B1 Four a few years ago but these was a harshness to the sound of all the models on it that I couldn't get rid of. The Pandora is more basic but it's fundamental sound is better. I've actually resurrected my almost-dead Korg Pandora (I'm using a bit of metal to manipulate the broken on-off switch) and it still sounds good, although I'm seriously looking to replace it in the next few days when I will have some free time.
  9. I understand your curiosity ! but I'd rather not do it myself since the ramp seems to be securely attached to the body. I mean I don't think there's any problem removing it but perhaps during a routine visit to a luthier ? Thanks for your comment!
  10. Hi Andy - I’ll send you a private message on here 👍
  11. Even with the mix set to 100% wet the dry signal comes through. Is this normal? Is there anything to be done?
  12. Having a bit of a sort out of stuff I’ve bought for projects that never happened…. Bartolini EZQ preamp module. Never installed. Comes with all drawings and two required pots. Bought this some time ago, got the pots and drawings but never used it! £75 posted UK
  13. Stu bought a boutique pedal off me and everything was smooth as a snake! Many thanks and enjoy 🙂
  14. Weightshaming, seriously?! Come on man, it's 2025!! 😊
  15. Just bought a Kala U-Bass 5 string from @Black Coffee - very well packed / posted, great communication throughout and the bass was just as anticipated. No hesitation in dealing again. Perfect seller, thank you!
  16. Saltbox Workshop Spite box distortion/fuzz/doom machine. Very impressive box but I'm trying to simplify. Price includes postage.
  17. Personally I would just look at replacing with a used PX4, as it is something you are used to and obviously think highly of. I did see a used PX3-B (the older red one) somewhere online recently going for about 40 quid. I've been consistently dissapointed in some of the more "modern" effects. Most of it doesn't sound much if at all better than older gear imo.
  18. Yeah the new FI4 update looks good, when is it out? I’m tempted to pick up a VIP to compare, I had a 3 a while back but be interesting to see how much better things are now. And the DX7 addition is great, Danger Zone ahoy! 😅
  19. Yes, there is now the ability to copy/swap patches (at least within the VA engine) directly on the pedal. The factory patches are now built into the firmware file and can be reset directly on the pedal. As for onboard sound parameter adjustments, these are as in previous versions with access to 9 common parameters with full adjustment range. (I had hoped to persuade the team to implement a secondary layer of adjustments to take it to 18 but they didn’t go for it. We actually looked at full onboard parameter adjustment but it would have required either a cheat sheet for numerical entries or fairly cryptic 3-digit names and sub menus. The complexity of adjusting flexis via such a menu was what caused András to demur.)
  20. new lower price bump will consider swaps.
  21. Just a light-hearted focus on the "artificial" bit and what we're comfortable with in live performance, when music is arguably being created. Only human intelligence involved. But as @Woodinblack has rightly pointed out: AI isn't actually intelligent. Cool so you're a level 2 artificiality performer on the Krow scale. "Solo artists with backing tracks. Burn them." 😂 Love it! My former bandmate, who gets a chunk of her performance income from solo work, will be delighted to know that she's been shortlisted to add to global carbon emissions 😅
  22. You’ll be better putting it in the Double Bass for sale forum, will get more eyes on it from people who are looking for one. These are the only EUB that seem to be universally recommended - they sound amazing, I wish I could afford it!
  23. Cracking basses these, and a decent price for one too - GLWTS!
