  2. Hi there, Gear4Music double bass case in very good condition, light use on a tour, very sturdy. Free to collect from Woking. https://www.gear4music.com/Woodwind-Brass-Strings/3-4-Size-Double-Bass-Case-by-Gear4music/9IK cheers, Joe
  3. This pedal combines 3 sections in one: 1) HPF (25-190 Hz) 2) semiparametric mids covering 200-2000 Hz) 3) LPF (330-20000 Hz) The LPF and HPF have an additional control that regulates how big is the 'bump' right at the corner frequency, from -3 dB (negating the bump) to +15 dB boost. Great condition, price includes UK postage.

  4. I've put in a pre-order for a Stevie Roy Vaughan Strat from Fender...
  5. Does your Cort C5 have the old Bartolini Mk preamp or is it one of the newer Plus/Deluxe models with the Markbass pre? An EQ pedal or preamp with a baked in sound tailored to what you like will be your friend here. Sadowsky pre is a good shout, search for a used SBP as you can always sell it on for what you paid that way, they go pretty quickly!
  6. Lost them, ordered new ones.
  7. Or the Dean Michael Schtinker.
  8. Tiny pedal with lots of modulation effects (see below for a list), it can take an expression pedal and there's some software to manage the FX/presets etc, apparently (I never used that). Great condition. Price includes UK postage. Here's a guy demoing the effects on guitar (didn't find a good video on bass, but it works well for bass): Here's the FX list (from: https://www.hotone.com/products/binary/Binary Mod) and this is teh actual unit:
  9. Does this come with its original knobs?
  10. this is my new Torzal on a stand), but the sound is identical, it will give you some idea, it outside & a iPhone(ignore the singing ..ha)
  11. Yes...thx for your interest...Bernard
  12. In great condition, Velcro on the bottom but not used much. Selling as I use my quad cortex to do the same thing now. any questions let me know. Shipping possible or pickup from Chessington or Central London.
  13. Got sent this by a mate, the tiny 50w Spirit of Rock and Metal heads are heavily discounted, the Vintage one looks to be sold out though: https://www.andertons.co.uk/hughes-kettner-spirit-of-rock-nano-amp-head/ https://www.andertons.co.uk/hughes-kettner-spirit-of-metal-nano-amp-head/ Thought they might be of interes to some on here. Not me personally as I only play proper instruments like.
  14. I bought this amp about 18 months ago, mostly because I wanted an amp that would work with a 2.7 ohm speaker stack, it sounds great but I spend too much time playing with all the possible sounds it has and not enough learning how to play the right notes at the right time, alas I havent found an amp that quite does that!! Come complete with cables, gig bag, and footswitch. Sorry I'm not sure I still have the manual, but it's available online at https://blackstaramps.com/product/unity-elite-700h The paint has flaked off on the back top right hand corner, see pic. Apart from that it's in really good condition. Here's the website description: The Unity 700H Elite Bass Head is a dynamic, high-headroom piece of gear. 15. My Mike Lull PJ5 and Sadowsky Jazz make a great sound, but through the same amp and cab my Cort Jazz makes a much thinner sound. I got around this by using a Sadowsky pre amp. The sound of the Cort is now 90% there. Barefaced 12" cabs put the rest of your gear under a microscope. Any inconsistencies or shortcomings are magnified. But with the right bass and amp and they will make you sound great.
  16. Nice! A bit off topic, but just for my education - why drop A? Do you use the low A or is it more for helping with certain chord/open string stuff across all strings?
  17. Iron Man - Sabbath
  18. I went from BF 10's to 12's It does take some tweaking! but you will get there and be better for it. As the super compacts are "honest" with no baked in tone, you really just need to give it one, the great thing then is what comes out your DI into the PA will be more or less the same as the cab. Keep going, if its brand new the speaker does need running in a bit too!
  19. Norris so when has need been a factor in depiction making. I’ll deliver if it’s within an hours drive knock of £25 and throw in a snickers !
