    Very high quality Hall reverb with that lovely infinite reverb effect. Boxed and complete with sticker, guide, unused stick on rubber feet. I’ve rested it and then put it away as it doesn’t have a battery option and I no longer use a powered pedalboard. Like new. Price includes UK postage.

    There is an element of ‘hedging bets’ in that one of the musicians’ bands has lost two members. Future was in doubt. However she is busily relaunching it, so ironically we would be better off if she fails!

    I'd not realised that was significant, but you're right - although the place I'm planning to use seems to be one of the leading suppliers, there only 38mm and 40mm sizes. Not that I need it to read music, more to take a quick look at a set list, or remind myself of the opening bar of a tune. I'm in a 'border morris' side, so a monocle will work well with the rest of my outfit.

    Of the 3 basses I own I would hesitate to use my favourite one on a pub gig. Why? Because like a child and some Lego I'm embarrassingly attached to it. One day I'll grow up and get over it 😂

    Selling this bass as I originally picked it up as a backup to my main touring 4 string, a white MM with all the same mods. They’re both great basses but I don’t have as much need for a direct duplicate as I used to and it’s too good to be sat around not being played. I had it re sprayed with this smokey black burst which maintains the look of the natural grain. It’s picked up some nicks and scuffs which I’ve pictured. I love the way it looks and sad to let it go. The neck has a beautiful flame to it and it and the fretboard are unblemished. Fitted with a John East MM preamp, hipshot drop tuner and schaller style strap locks, otherwise all original and in great condition. Will ship in UK for £30 or meet in London area.     Yes - My EBMM USA Sterling 4HH is my do everything bass at the moment. I do have others that have, in the past, also been my do everything bass. It goes to all my gigs where ever they are. It gets checked in as hold luggage on crappy airlines. It gets left unattended at venues for hours while we're off doing other things. They don't make them anymore and they seem very rare on the secondhand market, particularly with matching headstock. It is insured. Luckily I haven't needed to test that insurance yet.

    Boss WL-20 Wireless System for sale only. Vgc, comes with a new Levy holder that fits on your guitar strap, the idea being I was going to fit a short cable and keep the unit out of harms way but I never use it. £85 posted to UK mainland or collect from Paisley

    Thanks for the advice, I’m glad I’m not the only one who’s experienced something like this. I’ve just tried swapping around the outputs and unfortunately it hasn’t helped. I’ve ordered a new power cable for the HX Stomp, to see if that helps. If not I’ll have a look at the Joyo. Thanks!

    Here is my Sire P5 bass for sale. Alder body, roasted maple neck, 42 mm nut width, bone nut, weight is 4 kg or8.9 lbs. Bass is in very good condition just one small mark on the very end of the headstock. As the front and side dots were black and I couldn`t see them due to the roasted maple, I have fitted stickers on the face of the board and luminous stars that glow on a dark stage on the top edge. I will include a gig bag as well. Collection from Paisley or meet up within reason only.

    Sounds crazy. Works very well. I never persisted purely because the hassle of using them outweighs the vanity of the easier glasses option.

    My fave Precision doesn`t go outside my flat. It`s by far from irreplaceable as an item as it`s a regular US Standard Precision but it has too much sentimental value for me to risk taking it to areas where it could be half-inched. I use it far more than any of my other basses as it`s my home use bass so not like it`s a case-queen.

    I found the Stomp could be a little sensitive to being run off the same power supply as other pedals, even if it's getting the correct supply. I use a CIOKS Sol with their own recommended Stomp cables and I found if there was another power-hungry pedal off the output next to it, it didn't like it (even though they're supposed to be isolated). Swapped the outputs around a couple of times and suddenly it was fine, so might be worth trying that? Or you could try an pedal noise isolator like the Joyo ZGP and see if that helps? https://www.joyoaudio.co.uk/joyo-zgp-guitar-effect-pedal-filter-isolated-output-power
