Hi all, Unfortunately, an unexpected bill has come in, which means that this excellent Fuzz/Filter from CMC Audio (who make the Proto Type overdrive) has to go. I bought it a little while ago, and honestly, while it’s excellent, it’s also the most valuable of the many fuzzes I have, so needs-must. More info from CMC here: https://cmcaudio.odoo.com/shop/bi-filter-fuzz-33 I made a video of one particular sound I liked below, but there’s more videos on their Instagram and on YouTube which shows it doing straight Fuzz tones, as well as synthy, envelope filter tones too. You can attach an expression pedal, and a holding down the footswitch means it works as a momentary switch (until you take your foot off of course), a short press and release obviously still allows a latching function. Boxed and as-new other than Velcro on bottom. I’m open to part-ex’s (what u got?), but need at least £140 cash. These are circa £230 new + plus delivery from Belgium + VAT. BFF.mov Cheers Si

Time has come to let go of this great bass rig. Had this for gigs but only got through one before the band had issues again. If I play again will be going to a power amp/modelling pedal and In ear setup as most of the places I can practice are quiet or have cabs available. Head sold ..... Markbass MB58R 104 PURE Bass Cab 4ohm 800watt version This is a light exceptionally portable bass cab With great bass response which is surprising after you have carried it in. Has an adjustable tweeter and is just a great cab. Weight is around 16kg so an easy one person lift. Sounds great is great would keep it but is just taking up spare room space. Featuring four 10" custom designed neodymium speakers housed in a spacious cabinet, it produces articulate tones with a rich. fulfilling bass response. In addition, the 104 PURE boasts a clear high end through a built-in Hi-Fi tweeter. This formidable speaker can handle up to 800 Watts, so you've got ample headroom for those situations where you need plenty of volume. And speaking of situations, the MB58R is easy to get situated thanks to its incredibly light construction! Utilising innovative material for a lighter frame, Markbass have produced a cab that's easy to transport and astonishingly powerful. Crossover Frequency: 3.5 Khz Frequency Response: 40hz to 20khz Sensitivity Db Spl: 103 Db Impedance: 4 Ohms Reflex: Rear 578mm x 600mm x 470mm (£500 on its own but collection only on the cab as wouldn't have a box etc) Any questions feel free to ask. Would consider a Nice Jap Pbass or a PJ of some sort as a trade /part trade

And it's a bass you can see in the photo. It'd probably be a Les Paul if it was a Marshall. -

You'll get the best results with four round ports 8cm diameter 15cm long. The rattles indicate insufficient panel to panel bracing.

As opposed to agonizing over just about everything except how today the bass well in a musical way.

Some nice new updates added recently, most notably to the sequencer.

How was Your rehearsal last morning or night ?

It went well, actually. Took us a little while to find our groove, but once we settled in things came together nicely. A few bits still need tightening up, but overall it felt like a solid rehearsal and a step in the right direction -

Right….here is a fantastic representation of ‘Fender’ Jazz style bass. The construction is highly regarded in the ‘jazz copies’ world. Being more of a 5 sting player, I put it together with great upgrades for an upcoming project but the video guys preferred a solid colour vintage looking bass, which I now own and upgraded (‘ing’….nearly finished). This fantastic bass now plays and sounds far superior than the price (and brand) suggests, but owes me £500 +……nearest to that would make me happy (collected preferably but can post if buyer covers p&p). (Willing to drop off if within a reasonable distance or en route somewhere). I can try to recover the cost by stripping it back to original and selling bass and parts separately but that would be a shame as it went remarkably well so I’m going to try to sell it as is…. In great condition with no obvious or major damage etc…I hope the pics do it justice and I will list the mods done. Feel free to question me but take my word…you will not be disappointed with this superb instrument. KSD bass £250, East J-Retro deluxe preamp £100, EMG’s £100, Badass 2 bridge £45, Brass nut £10, Tuners £45, Ernie Ball strings £25. I’ll describe the sound as fat and snappy. My favourite combination of East and EMG wins again. The feel is fast with a flatter radius than Fender stuff so really comfortable and easy on the ‘bends’. What do we think lads?🤞🏽
