    Did our first live recording with the mixer night before last. Amazing results without much tweaking at all. 400 quid really well spent.

    Incidentally, my Chinese headless doubleneck has Retrovibe Ric-style pickups on the bass neck and will have a pair of SD pickups on the guitar neck when I get round to fitting them. It was supplied with "EMC" branded pickups, but nobody thinks they were genuine EMC parts. The original bridges were rubbish and I've replaced them too.

    I don't appear to have one. Either that, or my arm is too fat to reveal it.... In other news, here is a research article that shares data on the prevalence of the tendon, according to people-groups.     👍 I had forgotten that I had the resistance of the cab as another known quantity and so the current could be calculated. I wondered why anyone would quote a cable rating in W not A, but I guess it's easier to read the amp specs which quote power into a given speaker and buy a cable to match the power. Which is of course @jezzaboy's very sensible suggestion 😀

    Easily the best speaker cabinet I have ever used: am downsizing to lighter Genz Benz cabs as I rarely play live now. The Eden D210XST Cab is loud enough to be heard and yet still small enough to be used at home or in a small studio.     I know that, but it doesn't mean I won't absentmindedly earth the tip, or solder my fingers into the signal path*. Check and check again. *That might save all that mucking about with proper technique though...
