Have 2 sets of pretty much brand new Rotosound RS66LD Swing Bass strings. I fitted these to my basses a couple of weeks ago but just could not get on with the feel/tension so I've gone back to my trusted EB Slinky's. They're both cut for a Precision/Jazz and have seen about an hour max of use on each set. Looking for £25 posted for the pair or £13.50 posted for a set. Any questions please let me know.

If it helps, this looks much better without the Kemper controller on it 😇

Still really conflicted on this pedal. Firstly stacked with the MK1 into it, it’s awesome but I’m finding the MK1 is the most amp like (in feel and how it reacts) pedal I own. It’s basically a dirty compressor for me currently The MkV will go more or less completely clean so I’ve definitely got the one most suited to what I want to do. The problem is probably more it’s sat on a board with a Punchline, Capo and the MK1. The Mk1 just has some real mojo I’m loving and the Punchline and Capo are easier to dial in the eq than the MkV. So who knows, it’s for sale and trade at the moment but only for the right deal, I could see this happily sitting on a small board/pedal riser ala @Chadu25 😅 The Diamond comp is really tempting for said small board

A drummer with respect for hid bandmates. A rare thing indeed. Dave -
How was Your rehearsal last morning or night ?
Marvin replied to nilorius's topic in General Discussion
Had a very productive practice. We went over 4 songs that we weren't happy with and sorted them out. Then we played through the whole set as a rehearsal not a practice and it all came together. -

But where's this rehearsal gonna end up ? A secret Daffodil, a rare snare toweller and their co-conspirator bassist. I dread to think what could happen next. 😂 Dave -

Fitting Gotoh Resolite Tuners on a Sire Bass
Steve Browning replied to Misdee's topic in Repairs and Technical
I can't comment on how things line up, but I would caution you about the Gotoh supplied screws. They break very easily. If you need to create new holes, use a sticky tape to mark the drill bit to avoid drilling through the headstock. Generally it's dead easy to do. Even I can do it. - Today

Deps tend to have more availability during the week so might be more inclined to take a gig with a lower fee just for the extra income. If your gigs are weekends you’re competing against £150-300 fees for weddings ect. You can’t compare to tour fees because normally they include days when you’re travelling and not playing, and are a guaranteed income.
