  1. Past hour
  2. I've come back to the fuzzmo after a fair few years, seriously excellent fuzz that does heaps. Think you might regret selling it mate. Glwts
  3. No issues. Any questions, please let me know. Shipping available.

  5. One of a kind masterpiece? Well, that is reassuring and certainly some way of putting it
  6. No it doesn't affect the VU, the Passive / Active switch makes a big difference though. I never get it high on most basses other than the bongo though, but I would think that the G&L wouldn't have an issue.
  7. Trouble with doing that is you're putting the screws into end-grain. This is fine for tuners, pickguards etc, but neck screws are under a lot of load and ain't worth risking IMHO (especially on a heel adjuster). If you can find cross-grain dowel or use a plug cutter it can work fine though. Personally I'd go for inserts and bolts - use a drill press or a guide block to ensure the holes are square (perpendicular to the surface, obviously they need to be circles).
  8. Less than 50p a kilo, bargain. This is a beautiful bass.
  9. Or go to consumer protection.
  10. If I had ~£550 to spend on a new active jazz that would be my choice too, if passive was suitable maybe an FGN Boundary. Can also pick up a used GB Modern 4 for that sort of money.
  11. If I was in that position I'd buy the Squier CV going for £250 s/h on here... It is literally a swap of a logo for other features. If you don't want active and are happy with a basic selection of colours, the playability is likely to be indistinguishable.
  12. Now reduced to £500
  13. Sheer madness!
  14. Reduced to £250.
  15. I would buy a used Fender - £549 will get you a decent one.
  16. For some time I actually heard the name as "Gladys Knight and the Pimps"
  17. Today
  18. Fry Me A River - Justin Timberlake
  19. Re-uploading this with better pictures. This is the same pedal as the now famous Taylor Shift but with a different visual design. It includes a low pass filter which sounds great and the octave circuit is one of the best OC-2 clones out there. Can either ship or happy to meet anywhere in London.
  20. DPD would be my recommendation.
  21. Forgot to mention that I am also waiting for a clear plastic wall corner protector. It is L - shaped and will sit in front of the light to protect it from the spray
  22. @Singular Audio any plans for a pedal like this with a DI out?
  23. Sound pretty good, and the magnetic viewer film results are interesting to nerds like me too.
  24. This stuff happens. I'd get it sorted myself, no point having a broken bass sitting around, and you'll find a lot of suggestions as to what PUPs you might upgrade to either elsewhere in this forum or as this thread develops. Frankly, if you've emailed the store four times and had no reply simply name them here, it might encourage them to do the right thing. Of course they may have gone bust or there might be another legit reason for non-response but I still think it's worth you posting. I wouldn't bother with a small claims action, more trouble than it's worth, life's too short.
