Can you ID this bass?

definitely not a kalamazoo (see here [url="http://www.vintageguitarandbass.com/kalamazoo/bass/KB.php"]http://www.vintageguitarandbass.com/kalamazoo/bass/KB.php[/url]) as they had old Gibson parts, and different body recesses under the scratchplate. These copy parts appeared on a number of different Japanese EB bass copies... I agree the neck might not be original to the body. Interesting to see a lefty EBO copy though.

Pics, different bass models, but you get the idea..I'm pretty certain it's one of these, as referred earlier, just took me a while to find the evidence! :P They made very cheap copies of all kinds of basses, and there was little or no consistency between them, very roughly thrown together, absolute shocking instruments!
