henry norton
According to the Ashdown advert in the latest copy of Bass Guitar Magazine their ABM range was developed using a "57 Jazz" This bass guitar they used was so retro it was made 3 years before the Jazz Bass was actually invented! How cool is that???? I'm off to play my 1948 Precision........

jezzaboy
I always thought one of the oldest Jazz bass`s was Herbie Flowers 59. Never heard of a 57.

crez5150
They wouldn't use a '57 for testing as that would cause too much heat in the amp and cause overheati................... Oh wait!
molan
Herbie's is autumn of '59, oldest one I've ever heard of (he paid well over the odds for it as well $79!).
Grand Wazoo
Guys, it was a typo they meant 75 not
