You mention a custom casing? What about it is custom? Sorry for being nosey, but I just got a chrome control plate version of the CTM300 and would love to know what else is floating about on here

They are brilliant at responding to emails. One of the reasons I am an Ashdown junkie is the excellent customer service. Good luck with getting yours sorted!

Contact Ashdown and ask who they recommend in your area. Alternatively, they have offered some people a 'serviced while you wait' service for some problems if you make the trip to their headquarters near Essex, but I don't know how often they offer this and for what issues

I have the 15 inch version and love it for practice and jams. Well...I use it for practice when I get told to turn the ABM 900 and 810 down

Ashdown recently posted a pic on their facebook page of a CTM 300 being tested and you get a pretty good gut shot!
