1. want want want. envy overdrive love a nice p bass and they are beauties. well done enjoy
 2.
I've tried loads, cheap & dear but I always go back to my Precision. Looking for another as a backup. Even with small hands it just works for me. Simple person, simple bass.
+1 I started with a Jap P and it served me well for years, moved on to usa p then went down the road of trying all sorts EBMM first a usa sub then 'rays fretted and fretless, sandbergs etc.only one jazz for a very short time (went back to dolphin cos the strap pin fell out!) years of knob twiddling and never being happy with my sound -too boomy, not clear enough, not cutting through etc etc Ive just come full circle and am back with a nate mendel. love it a P serves me and my band the best. already gassing for a roadworn P but must admit I still fancy giving a jazz a proper run out (probalby before deciding i prefer a p bass! my current set up is p bass, OTB 500 amp and an ashdown LB212 cab all parts bomb proof and literally plug and play
 3. I have a badass 2 on my nate mendel and its very good although I would have preferred the version with several pre cut grooves in the saddles. The Badass 3 has through body sringing option and precut grooves so would do you fine. bit hard to get hold of at the moment but there wa one on ebay yesterday Bri
 4.
That thing's built like a tank, it's no doubt had some rough nights and has probably outlived several of its owners. I reckon it's probably scared a Strat or two in its time also and growls every time a keyboard player even looks at it. The odd p****d punter invading the stage isn't going to worry it in the least All joking aside, some old basses just look built to last, that's one of them

Basses are built to be played. My 66 Fender has cigarette burns, a stain from a pint glass and a bite mark! Buy it, play it, love it (and get insurance!)
you guys are just making it worse!
 5. as an update I sold the P (boo!) cos I was really digging playing my fretless ray. ive since moved that on and reignited my p bass love with a nate mendel sig. its great through my orange terror bass and is ideal for rock & punky numbers. Im now thinking of another P with flats. My amp set up at the time wasn't doing it justice but I realise the error of my ways. you jus can beat a good old P bass!
 6. Looks like its spoken for but if not I'm local to you, some pics would be nice
 7. This is my YOB Bass and my fav colour scheme but dont think id trust myself with it in some of the rough houses we play in. Belting bass at a good price glwts wish I had the funds...
