1.
I think Prime Bass had one for sale a while back - fire him a PM. Cheers TG will fire him a pm today.Think for the price your hard pressed to find instrumens of such good finish and ability. Ive got my p bass love back but would be really tempted by a sandberg p bass
2.
I wish I could afford this right now!
Go on treat yourself;-) Forgot to mention if no quick sale I'll prob withdraw and keep. It won't be a hard decision. Likewise if the P I'm eyeing up goes. Sorry mods can't workout how to edit my add to remove the capital B in the title (typo)
 3. Picked this up from Basskitcase on this forum just before Xmas. Totally awesome P bass that has reignited my p bass love so much that I'm selling it! Only selling cos I've fallen for a USA standard in my fav colour combo but don't have the funds. Top quality Mex roadworn p bass (well documented how good these are) with the slimmer 70s profile neck, badass2 bridge, factory straplocks and Seymour Duncan QP pups. Finished in a factory aged CAR over gold undercoat nitro finish this has a well balanced light ash body. Very comfortable all round top quality p bass. All case candy and second Foo fighters neck plate, hang tags etc present and comes in fender gig bag. Passing on for the bargain price I paid 475 (not a penny more or less. I got a bargain and am willing to pass that on to another genuine BCer please don't take it to sell on) plus 25 uk postage total £500 delivered Can't post pics from my tablet so here's a drop box link https://www.dropbox.com/sh/08q6lva2qppwe9u/axNKxO1_9e
 4.
Nice..

That's a pretty cool looking bass GLWTS
Cheers guys it is a beauty (should I sell...is it too cheap?)
 5. Didnt think id sell this but have rediscovered my P bass Love. Have my eye on one so willing to take a hit on what it owes me! Sandberg basic 4 string Bass. single MM humbucker. 3 band active glockenklang preamp gives a great range of tones from thumping p through tighter j bass to full on 'ray. Very versatile with a lovely slim 2 octave maple neck with rosewood finger board. Ash body, very light and well balanced with no hint of neck dive. Hand built german quality. 6 bolt neck, factory fitted schaller strap locks and sandberg 3d adjustable bridge. Check the Sandberg website for further details. Excellent condition with only 1 small mark on the front (small mark not through the finish) that I couldn't pick up with the camera. Just mention it to be totally honest. Comes with sandberg quality padded gig bag (hard case in 1st photo not included) tools and original bill of sale (bought from pmt for a deal of £950 but normally retailing at over 1K) £550 delivered in uk or £525 if you wanna pick up from just outside vibrant Liverpool :-) Can't upload photos via my tablet so here's a drop box link. Hope it works https://www.dropbox.com/sh/feek11kmm3f8d2t/vu5TDo0SUu Here's a few YouTube clips of a basic in action http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f987QpsQd8Q http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=llfsw4GFgSU
 6. One of my fav colour schemes, have a bump. post 2008 fenders are top draw. Wish you hadn't put more holes in it tho
 7. You Forgot to mention straplocks fitted as standard type bump
 8. +1 to the above. Tbh I thought the action was took high on mine but I just needed to whip thew neck off and adjust the relief, new strings to my taste and its playing as good as I could wish for. iMHO I think these are very very good p basses. OK there's no graphite rods or ultra light tuners but there isn't in a vintage 70s bass, its as close to that classic you'll get without a remortgage and you can give it a proper gigging without needing a force field around you, get drunk after the gig and pick it up in the morning. It was modelled on a working mans bass and will do the same job
 9.
That may be your opinion, but it lacks class posting it in someone else's for sale thread...
10.
What upgrades does it have please. they are MIM right? Nick
Spb3 pups badasss bass 2 bridge lightweight ash body nitro finish (lightly reliced so you dont have to baby it)slimmer than normal p bass neck fender stamped 70s machine heads (they don't make these in mexico, they're the same as you'd get from the CS) Bang for buck a top spec p bass I'd say
 11. As far as I know all USA PS and Js had rolled edges from 2008 onwards
 12. I told the fella in the wanted section about one Id seen on Gumtree just trying to help a BCer out. Didn't respond, so think that's dead in the water. Great basses these forget the SIG. Forget the FFs if they're not your bag. Just a quality p bass with nitro and several other great upgrades out the box
 13.
Look out for a used Sandberg Basic Ken Taylor 5, or even a Basic 5. Great, handcrafted basses for not much money.
+1 won't go wrong with a 'berg
 14. My mistake. didn't need a shim just adjusted the neck relief, set up string height to factory settings and with fresh strings. Jobs a goodun
 15. Just bought someTI flats, fast delivery good comms and no problems

 17. Anyone had to shim their Nate? Badass a tad high for me. Would have thought they'd have had a shallower neck pocket knowing they were going to leave the factory with a badass 2 as standard. Not shimmed mine but considering it. Still a belting bass tho. Loving mine
 18. No way of swapping it round so the adjustment is at the neck end? Hex adjustment where the plug was like the later squires saves taking the neck off to adjust
 19. A lightweight nitro finished, ash bodied, quality built P Bass. Excellent choice not only as a first bass but one that will give years of gigging service if required. Good choice well done enjoy!
 20.
If anyone gots a speare tugbar they don't want you know where I am, mine didn't come with one
One on ebay right now £7 I think. Seriously though great colour scheme that is only available in £300 and £3k basses. MAD
 21.
A road worn Precision in fiesta red with rosewood neck you say? Better start saving for a Pino! http://www.fender.com/basses/precision-bass/pino-palladino-signature-precision-bass-rosewood-fingerboard-fiesta-red/
Haha thats exactly what im after but on a tighter budget
 22. Sorry I meant with RW neck. If they did a road worn 60s p bass as opposed to a 50s that would be my weapon of choice
 23. i keep looking at these as i love the colour scheme my only doubt is the basswood body? dont know why but i just want alder or ash. wish fender offered fiesta red in their other ranges
