1. I'm loving my chrome faced Ashdown RC 500 ABMII - it looks cool, sounds the bollocks and it's beautifully simple to use. Plenty loud enough too - I hope it doesn't break cos it's exactly what I need.
2. Very nice FTB - I wish I had the spare cash

13. Nice one noisedude - pleased for you. I keep looking at the JB combo myself
14. It is a beauty - shame I had to sell it (Incoming / unplanned Sadowsky) As good as most MIAs I've played.
15. Thanks for the offer Steve, I used to have my GK 1001RBII head in an SKB shallow rack case and it was much less cumbersome. There's also the issue of the rear mounted power switch on this amp, which is tricky to reach from the front of the amp. I'll have to measure it tonight when I get home and do some research.
16. Just acquired one of these and was wondering what rack cases other people are using for this head. I fancy something a bit shallower than the (Stagg) one it came in.
17. I too have been to Bob's house and, he is a gent and, he has a nice collection of gear. Pleasure to do business with ya Bob.
18. Yep Electromusic are excellent.
19. Not at the moment really but thanks. If 'owt changes, I'll let you know.
20. Ta WPD - not really stressed about selling it now TBH - my Rebop's sold so that'll help pay for my inbound Sadowsky. This is a lovely P and I'm sure the original owner will agree that it's as good or better than some of the US ones I've played.
21.
They are really nice, I had a Metro Jazz and maybe didn't appreciate it enough at the time. I sold it on to Birdy. It'd be good to have a gander anytime you wanna do likewise with the Ovarywater. Peter
Picking it up on Saturday Pedro - can't bloody wait.
22. Yep my first Wanted one for a long time.
23.
Hang on Al... your Mrs, stashes money away, then tells you about it and gives you it! Never mind selling your basses how much do you want for the wife?
Sorry John - I need to keep her for a while longer...well at least until my next purchase
Was that the fastest ever sale on Bass chat.. I looked at the thread 10 minutes after it went up and it had gone..... me thinks insider knowledge was afoot... :brow:
A lucky stumble s'all
24. I think so Paul - thank G I've got an understanding wife. Been shitting myself all day thinking how am I gonna tell her but she was fine and dandy. I told her I was gonna sell some other basses to finance it but the sneaky bitch already had the money stashed away
25. Ok - here's some taken 5 mins ago - sadly no daylight left...
