1.
Just to add, ive played this the last time I saw Alun, and its a real stonker of a bass - someone please buy this before my overdraft takes an uneccessary battering!
Fear not Luke - I met up with Al this afternoon, not far from Windsor as it happens and I'm now the new owner. Only had time for a quick try out this evening, though, have to agree its a stonker for sure... P
2. Now that's going to make an interesting build diary... Congrats on the new job Steve P
3. That’ll be a nice pair of Lakky's you’ve got, Al P
4.
This is THE bass for sale please do not raid my thread discussing the good and bad points of the mod The mod has been done to a high standard
Getting a bit tetchy are we ?
5. If you can find a Ul 210 that would be a good match, without the bulk of the 410. The 210 is a pretty decent cab on its own too P
6. Thanks Luke, P
Funny you guys should mention it, Ive just had to learn "Aint Nobody" for my band, ill see if I can transcribe it for you - its pretty easy though, its in E Minor I believe its as follows: VERSE: Em7 D7 Em7 D7 Captured effortlessly, that’s the way it was C Bm7 C D7 Happened so naturally, I did not know it was love Em7 D7 Em7 D7 The next thing I felt was you, holding me close CΔ Bm7 CΔ D7 What was I gonna do? 7. Don't suppose anyone has the transcription for Chaka's "Ain't Nobody" also by mr. Jackson ? Would love to have that one... Cheers, P

Thanks guys - gotta keep on the right side of the Moderators ! P
10. Check the Bass Gallery web site for a start, as they quote costs for this sort of thing. From memory its £ 30 for a setup and £70 for fret stoning(though think may include a setup) P
11.
for some reason the mods dont seem to have problems with members joining just to sell stuff, personally it really pisses me and several other loyal members right off... but ye i back this suggestion for sure
On the other hand the people who are so upset with those "joining to sell stuff" could just make a mental note to ignore these ad's and let the others members make their own minds up as to whether they want to get involved or not. End of the day, restricting the for sale posts is cutting down the buying choices for other forum members. P

21. Great sounding Epifani cab (8 Ohm) goes low as a low thing and is light as a light thing. I was quite happy using it as a stand alone cab, however a recent bass sale resulted in me taking other cabs in px. Excellent condition - welcome to try in Harrow, Middx. or can collect from Windsor Berks. £325 P
22. Happy to deal with any day, quick dispatch of Sansamp, arrived nexty day in excellent condition P
