In a fortunate turn of events , my most enjoyed band of yesterday’s Nantwich jazz, blues and music festival, was in fact refreshed by a few scoops of said Boltmaker !

If you check out booking.com for the best price , then phone the hotel and ask them , as booking.com take a commission, the hotel would rather split the difference and thus they get more for the room, and you get it for less. not always successful, but on the 2 recent occasions I used booking.com , I subsequently booked more rooms directly, far cheaper than I could on-line

My ears are so different I can tell which one is left /right without even seeing them. i would consider cutting a notch out of one if they were the same , popping them in and out with my eyesight in a dark gig would be a pantomime

I spend a few quid at Dawson’s in Chester, nice enough store , reasonable selection of kit. I find the internet is sometimes just not quick enough i can spend ages looking on line and doing research , but then I can look at the Dawson website , find Chester has got one, or something similar , so it’s a 10 minute drive , 10 minute chat and I am on my way home with it

That is a shame dude , 27’s for me would kill a gig . i had etymotic 7’s I think , they just seemed to knock the excess off the volume when I needed them, but they looked a bit odd

I’ve got 17’s and they are great when onstage performing , however , when I go to see a band I find that they sterilise the atmosphere to much , I can often feel the low end thumping but the volume just isn’t putting me in the same room.

Big boy bloater and the limits it was a great show really enjoyed it , i was with a bunch of mates and we had a brilliant evening
