Stew just called round to buy a stand off me and I have to say I was very disappointed. He looks absolutely nothing like he does in his avatar! The fact that the deal went through so quickly and that Stew himself seems like quite an amiable chap, is small consolation for having my expectation of answering the door to a 1950's neon pink beauty so... resoundingly crushed. Thanks a bunch Stew!

If somebody asked me, I would take a short video of a bass with my phone, with sound too if they wanted, but both would be very poor quality and not representative of the instrument they would receive, for better or worse. As the seller is not obligated to meet your stipulations, you'll just have to spend your money on something else.

Sunburst (any burst) guitars should be put in their own grubby little thread where they can't offend me. I've lost count of the number of times (at least twice) I've read the description and told myself "I've always wanted one of them". I open the thread and see that the price is right, "NOW you've got my attention". It's not a million miles away, "could this be the one?" Scroll down the first image to reveal the headstock..."yes'm"... neck... "yep, it's a neck"... body... "no chance" It damn well breaks my heart.
