1. I like that Trent does this kind of thing with NIN, but I think the 400gb is pretty excessive if its posited for those with video editing in mind. Surely there are smaller versions.
2. Quite expensive though for a mental fuzz.
3. ....and the award for not looking fully through the Lastgasp webiste goes to.....ME! Thanks Matty. Much obliged.
4. Basschatters deliver. Im not sure thats a Demeter, though it does look pretty similar. The logo and decals seem to be placed differently than a Demeter. That fuzz sounds nasty though. Very good spot.
5. Picture wont come up for some reason; http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_zpB9ZEe8p8k/SVrI...ls_studio_2.jpg
6. Can anyone tell me what the two pedals to the right of the hand are? The black and white boutique looking pedals that is.
7. I guess so. Seems to me you'd really be looking at a bass driver like a sansamp or an MXR but they do cost a fair bit, even second hand. Maybe a Boss ODB3 might suite you though if youre tight for pennies. Their not overly bad (at least not as bad as some make out) and can be had for about £30 2nd hand on here. For the money, im of the opinion its pretty good.
8. Theres a lot of this covered on the forum already (just drive pedals generally), but I guess a good starting question would be the sorts of bands youre looking at/hearing for a distorted tone. I think for most faster metal, a light grind would suit more than full on fuzz.
9. I think im starting to get an itch for an MM after years of being a little indifferent to them. Ill be in touch if I can work out the funds. Thats exactly the colours I was looking for.
10. I have a lot. They all do their own 'thing' I guess.
11. You might want to try here (if you havent already); http://www.loopers-delight.com/loop.html Havent checked, but might have something useful to you.
12. Blue Dawn II: Kev's Indecision. At cinemas nationwide.
13. I have an analogman modded TS9, its supposedly got the innards of a TS808 but whether it does or not is anyone's guess. It sounds a little dry on bass to my ears, but then it was a while back that I used it with bass, and before I gave loops a thought for effects.
14. Tonefactor Mobius? (though its only 1 loop) I picked one up second hand from Tayste for less than £30.
15. Did you think about getting in touch with HSBC to ask if they would be prepared to compensate you for the extra cost? Im sure if you kick up enough of a stink they'll entertain it at least.
16. Frankly, I think your giving this way too much thought and it might be easier for you to pick up a cheap phaser (http://basschat.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=30476&hl=) and figure out some kind of order that works for you and your ears. Its all well and fine other folk giving you their two cents, but its really relative (and no where near as much fun!) so give it a go and see where you get from it.
17. I think the only golden rule ill try and stick to with effects is to put stuff into an FX looper of some description. Apart from that, its all your choice. Some orders will have different results, some might have none IMO. I do like to have a delay at both ends of my chain though.

Bootsy

I recall seeing that awhile back. Kinda reminded me of the Mighty Boosh.
19. Those pesky swedes and their lovely ampy goodness.

21. I run an Akai Headrush for looping, its also got a tap tempo function thats pretty simple to use. But it is large and might be an issue if you want to hold onto space.
