1.
Nearly finished
You get around to playing music at all? I doubt I would.
2. Hey Kev, you couldnt try and dig that one up could you? I found a shop that sold some Diago bits and bobs but couldnt seem to find anything with quantities like that.
3. except looking at diago's site, its not available at the moment!
4. Ive never had any issues with mine - in fact I use it with guitar too. Its kinda like an Ibanez TS9 but it doesn't sound as brittle or spikey. I think ill be ordering one of those 18v wonders in the next few days also.
5. I see. Will try and pick one of these up.
6. How would I do this? Im running mine 9v and it sounds great, but Id like to hear the difference. I dont have a Diago which I think Toasted mentioned has an add on for 18v (IIRC)
7. I would snatch this but I cant justify it at the moment. Bugger!
8. Aye up, keep skirting around evil bay, something will come up. I think the Zoom is probably a great idea given what you need. I still have my first one and it served me well for getting to know what each effect did or didnt do. The thing about the expression pedal is its kinda difficult to explain what it does since it did different thing to different settings. The boss ODB-3 is a neat little pedal too (though its kinda like the Marmite of OD pedals! - hell...its even the same colours). It covers all of the basics and does subtle or extreme plus they crop up on here regularly for around £30/35.
9.
i have a civil war muff again
How rude hahaha. I dont believe ive ever seen one of those before. Is it USA or Rusky (or am I missing something?)
10. http://www.cardiffguitars.co.uk/ Im pretty sure you''ll find them cheaper elsewhere but the guys who run this place are good blokes and there set ups are pretty good too. I think they can order both USA and the tributes in too since they are a licensed dealer. The L2000 tribute they have in the shop is a peach.
11. I suppose you could really use any gear/effects/amps that you wanted. I dont think it would matter too much.

My porn

+1 for cheap jazz copies. Mine's a stunner.
13.
As someone In The Know, the whole place is likely to get levelled in the next 15 years anyway if the current land owner gets their (somewhat optimistic) asking price.
Makes sense given the location. Maybe a useful bargaining tool if you buy anything from there in future.
14. Every visit to London is a visit to Vintage & Rare. Another of London's fine museum's.
15. Yeah, just convenience really. Plus it was a good price...never mind. Cheers for the spot on those pedals.
16.
Mobius gone, pending payment.
Balls.
17. The whole situation is unfortunate really, but I daren't say you can blame folk for rounding on you in this manner. You invited offers and responses and people enquired. I can sympathise with you money problems, but please be real for a moment, its part and parcel of the lifestyle you have. Most people, myself included, found/find jobs do the trick.
18. The Spector tone on Down II is a bruiser.
19. Those cabs were brutal Alex....made my ears beg. The bassman in that picture is a little different to mine. Each channel has 4 dials whereas the left sided one in the photo (the 'bass' channel) only has 3. Has yours always been like that?
20.
The Bassman 135 is indeed a ballsy amplifier. Much louder and better sounding than the Bassman 100, which I find a bit thin.
Mine is a monster (as umcoo/chris knows). Ive been running a small patch lead to bridge the two channels and this kinda round things out a little more. Sounds great with guitar too. I managed to pick mine up for £270ish IIRC. I think it would take something serious for me to let it go. That said, the trace V4's are very highly spoken on here. If I was inclined then id try and check one out.
