The distance from fretboard edge? same gap or same string center... 40mm nut... 5mm 10mm 10mm 10mm 5mm? Could make a bit of difference nut end, way more than bridge end

Dislocated... OUCH! Popped my left shoulder out in a bike accident 18 years ago... The 'Wrong Way' down the front, according to the hospital. Gas and Air and winged it about till it went back in. So nice when it went in... and the pain stopped. Get the physio and make sure ya rotator cuff is all good. I still feel it pushing open heavy doors, and trying to sleep on my left side. Had trouble with an unopened return... I changed my mind on colour and ordered another... Problem was with DHL, return was via a UK holding house... Refund is meant to be when they receive and check the item. I explained that i never opened the box, and delay was DHL etc. out or my hands, to be fair not their issue either but they refunded me. Email exchange was all good.

Where did it break? Across the bridge or tuning peg, May of been a tight turn on a skinny peg... Others may be OK for a 4 string.
