1. Probably the hardest part of band life - getting and keeping Mr. Or Mrs . Drums . I could've suggested getting a keyboard player that can program drums . The problem there , is you have to find that person. Another mountain to climb. Hope it works out for ya anyway
2. Nice basses! You need to go to the flea market to get another. I bet jack was happy that, he's no itching so much now . ( sorry)
3. Man were/ are a strange band ,from what I remember. They were a bit before my time (I started going to gigs in'79). Wharton do I remember about them? Greasy truckers party album, be good to yourself art least once a day, Bananas , country girl. Is Deke supposed to be a bit of a fruitcake then ? Enlighten me
4. I bought a small mini disc , to record band practices a few years back . When they came out minidiscs were way too expensive . The quality is superb tho ' shame they never took off like they should have . Have a bump
5. You'll do another one soon to make up for it . Have a rest . Sucking a fishermans friend may help
6. Saw them at wembley a few years back supporting dream theter. They were by far the better band.
7. I do love the look of a few boss pedals in their pedalboard. Years ago ,in a blues band Mr. Guitar had that setup and it looked and sounded great. I've gone for the rack versions of classic boss pedals ( boss micro br). I often wonder if I should swap for the pedal versions . I've got an overactive mind .

12. I feel, your pain . At the end of the day, I wanna just do a simple recording and get put off by it all. Oh, and 'it's sooo easy to,use . Yeah , right . Hope you haven''t really done that , and that someone gives you the help you need .
13. I got my Telebass from beyers music. Nice guys . That looks like a bass that tm Stevens would use.very loud
14. There's a venue in Uxbridge called the crown& treaty. The last band I was in , were pushing for us to play there. A couple of the members used to follow a band of pros., who played there for beer money . Me,Mr.drums &Mr.Guitar went one Friday to see this band.( cannot remember band name). Anyhow, as soon as I went to buy a drink , 2 boilers from the Jeremy Kyle show started swearing and shouting at me telling me I stole their drink. I was polite , the barman helped me convince them it wasn't me and one of the boilers. calmed down. It was their way of saying 'it's my pub, who the f@@k are you!' I wonder what it would be like if I was playing, and I played a les Dawson passing note.

20.
It's a revivial of a Cornish band called Hooked. Aiming at 75 -100 gigs/year. Like me, the band has been out of action around 8 months - time for a reboot!
That sounds like. Perfect timing all around . Hope it rocks !
21. They were good Kraft dinner;) saw them support priest back in the day .
22.
Send it back. If it's not right it'll bug you forever and getting a partial refund will be a right old palaver.
+1 . The jack socket looks ugly tho'. Fine bass otherwise
23.
Whenever I sell through BC. Gumtree or eBay I always mail the buyer and get the gear posted asap. Besides that's normal isn't it? Over the last month I've bought 2 basses and a small combo. I've still yet to receive anything! The seller of the first bass told me after me raising a case that he was locked out of his account. 2 weeks later I'm still waiting. Last week I bought another bass. A Squier VM Jazz. That still hasn't been posted, according to the eBay info anyway. 2-3 days ago I bought a combo. That's still not shipped. On all of these I'm also getting no response to messages. Is this becoming normal practice these days?
What I would suggest rich , is to wait for about a week ( max) for each item. If there is no communication within that time , or goods don't arrive, then get refunds. Hope it all works out
24. I'd just wait until the time expected, and pass judgement then. The worst thing to do , is to keep looking out of the window every half hour .
