  1. Look nice. I'm not sure of the value , as it has been refinished
  2. Best band around!(well, rock band anyway,)
  3. Okay , I have various multi effect units . However, while I was at a friends house( keyboard player) I noticed he had a few small rack effects( reverb/ chorus etc) I liked the look of them , and was wondering does anyone here have such a setup? The advantages to me , would be that you could use these more hands on , and prevent usual useless presets that multi effects have. Discuss
  4. not seen Gavin &stacey. Won't watch it now, can't stand the buffoon. All I know about him, was when the 2010 football world cup was on , his smug mug was always on the telly. I switched off when I saw him. Having said that , I should've switched off the 'football'. Richard seems like a nice bloke tho'

  14. D'yer Mak'er by Led Zep! AAArrrrgh! Makes Kashmir sound less like tooth extraction. (I have a few Zep albums, but some things should be forgotten)
  15. Haven't looked, but it may be a reissue. Also, if you're not confident in the seller, it may be best to avoid.
  16. Love 'em all, except lady gaga one.Has anyone seen the nirvana/rick astley one?
  17. I would imagine that, if you're a mac user, then GarageBand or logic would fit the bill. If you're pc, cubase, protocols , cakewalk etc.Other bchatters will advise. In the software I mentioned, many loops are included. There are many bass fx , that do synths noises also. Some good, some bad...some expensive... I used to have an aligator amp, which was a keyboard /drum amp. Other bchatters will advise on amps also. I haven't done anything for y onks , and am thinking of doing some similar stuff myself. May start today, once my hangover goes.)
  18. Also , if it's metal, make sure he has the relevant effects pedals/box
  19. Mmmmm, 9 string bass"...how much!?! If you really really love it , and you'll keep it forever, then ok. But, if , like many of us , you get GAS , then you may have problems with selling it on.
  20. Welcome. Nice cat
  21. Good job! Clarky said it all really.
  22. This looks cool
  23. If your bass is feeling much better after the setup the tutor did, perhaps consider it as a bargain setup, and move on.
  24. I would imagine the people to be very bitchy And aggressive. Oops , wrong pmt .)
