2. You need really good crew,(willing to gaffer tape any scrote to a fire escape and wallop their kneecaps with a foot long Mag light)when they catch them.
 3. I live on the Wirral, that's a problem. I would have this if I were nearer but the round trip would cost a lot of money. A cab like this was my first bass cab, 1985, it sounded awful with my McGregor Bassman amp. With the Bass Baby that the guy who sold it to me, while playing his Wal fretless through it, it sounded incredible. I don't suppose you are planning to make a trip up north anytime soon?
 4. Roy "Rainy" Wainwright. Discharge bassist. Incredible. Moves like a cobra when playing.
 5. I have loads of Guitarist, Music UK, Making Music (nearly all of them, including the Mark King first issue and 1st anniversary Mark King issues). Them's were da days.
 6.
Alice has just talked me out of selling the Pino as I'm reluctant to gig it, so i'll pass on her advice How likely are you to regret it once you've sold it? Also how likely are you to get another one once you realise your mistake? Even when it old her how much I was offered for it she held fast with her opinion!
You and me, are so lucky to have women like this.
 7. Enjoy. I thought it was grey? Colour blindness and left handedness and obsessive nature.
 8. Reign In Blood is one of the most important pieces of music recorded in the twentieth century. It takes me to so many places, it's a f***ing MASTERPIECE.
 9.

Nice and simple and now doubt, punchy! I like your minimalist groupings.

 11.
My new Ray 4 HH. I got it for a decent price and its in near-mint condition. The weight is probably 8.5lbs and the double hu buckets add a whole new world of sounds compared to the usual single H I'm used to. Very happy
Very, very nice. I can just imagine what that neck pickup sounds like, maxed out. Gut slammingly good.
 12. Sounds like a good plan. I couldn't make the last one but I will really try to make this. I'll bring all my basses and my Aguilar DB680 and maybe my Techsoundsystems 6x10, just so people can lift it up and say WTF!!!
 13.
Echolette BS40 -> 2 x SAD (Sieben Audio Design, Germany) 1/12 C: '74 Jazz & '68 Tele: (I screwed the tin covers on for the picture. Normally, the covers are removed, the Tele even completely stripped, Dusty Hill style.)
Please, more pics of the basses. Nice rig, too. Care to tell us more?
 14.
i read his biography recently and it was actually a really enjoyable book and i rarely read books and the police did some good stuff
I read his bio when it first came out. Made me want to puke. Very talented man, snake charmer, some might say, but as Nige first pointed out, a total narshole. Humans, hey? You can't kill 'em? By the way, I have all The Police albums on Vinyl. He was that good...before I realised he was a twat.
 15.
I was at an improv class earlier, and after each jam, we were told to give a positive and negative of each others playing. The positive makes you feel good, and the negative makes you focus on improving that. None of us took it personally. Some people gave positives, and they were kind of shot down for being untrue, so then a negative of that person was that they weren't listening enough to other people. Then we had more jams and got better. There were also other things discussed and done that helped us improve.
Good post.
 16. Buy all your parts secondhand, otherwise you could lose a lot of money.
 17.
Didn't sound like sabbath to me, sounded a bit nu metal
To be fair, it did sound like Ozzy.
 18.
If he's back on drugs, show's could be brilliant.
19. I'll have it if you want to move it on.
