1.
My fantasy Glastonbury, would be to get rid of the huge muddy fields and to be able to see all my favourite bands in a good sub 500 capacity venue with a well-stocked bar.
Mine would be to get rid of the BBC and all the corporate bullshit that promotes the mediocre music. Just to add... King Tubby Godflesh Dusty Springfield Miles Davis Duke Ellington.
 2. Right. Which bands, solo artist would you like to see at Glastonbury? They can be alive, or dead. I'll start. Slade Cocteau Twins Gene Vincent Swans Jimi Hendrix The Doors Little Feat Kate Bush Cardiacs My list is quite long, so over to you.
 3.
Jump-up-and-down-with-your-friends is a great term for a particular kind of folky thing that always does well. You might say it's a vacancy in folky music that's always there for the taking. What the pogues did really.
The Pogues were edgy and sometimes brilliant. This lot are about as edgy as a hacky sack.
 4. Hi there. This is in the wrong section. This is for lefty basses, yours is a righty. Can a mod swap this over? Good luck, nice looking bass.

 6.
I laso missed the Glasto set and watched a bit last night. I also liked them, a lot in fact, they are vaguely fascinating and I hope they're in it for the long haul. Really good music and lyrics, lovely moody stage set, and I adore the bassist's drug-addled-failed-ballet-dancer moves
I think they are mesmerising. I hope to see them on Friday. Sublime light show and I love the tragic darkness they portray.
 7.
MB1. You got a...Suss..suss..suss..suss..suss..suss..suss... Suspect Device!
Well done, that man.
 8. Thank god that's all. I was expecting you-know-what?

 12.
Yup, here's Felix talking about the Bass Of Doom, RT and the Yellowjackets. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XWocurALC1A
What a beautiful man.
 13.
Dave Gilmour will be pleased
14. Wow! I'm so lucky to own one of the first lefty Status S2 Classics. I would have had one of these but they never made em for spakkers.
 15. Saw them in 1991, when every member was on stage at some point, enjoyed it. Saw them at Liverpool Summer Pops, in 2003.....Anderson, Howe, Squire, Wakeman and White, absolutely incredible. Awaken completely levitated me. Without Jon, there will be no magic.
 16. Fine piece, full of understanding, structured explaination and admiration. Great playing, too.
 17.
Thank you Chris and Steve and Colin and Dan and all the other admins and mods for giving us a home! Tweeting the excellent news as we speak. The low end is on the up!! \m/ \m/
Bluejay, it's been my home for 7 years, no better forum anywhere in cyberspace.
