Thanks, bad boys by inner circle is a great track, really good Bassline, it was also used for the film Bad boys with will smith which is where it got its name I think

A couple from Edi Fitzroy, he made so many great tunes but you don’t hear them very often, the second one I was trying to remember, not sure if there’s another version Heavy Bassline at 1.25

Did I say that, I don’t think so , I personally do care what’s on the headstock of my basses and I don’t look down on anybody full stop, it’s up to other people what they play

I collect and play mainly vintage fenders so i do care what’s on the headstock, I guess I must be one of those pond life cork sniffing snobs

From my understanding late 73 was when they started changing from tort to black and both were around in 74 , with most of the black guards having the thumb rest E side, haven’t seen a 75 myself , I suppose it’s possible there was still a few lurking around
