  1. This just looks so cool, I think I need one of these 🙂

  8. This has to be one of my favourite simple but great basslines , 🙂
  9. Great tune, I haven’t heard that in years 🙂
  10. That’s a good idea because a suit hold-all would fit completely over it 🙂
  11. It’s Burberry, to match my bass 😁
  12. Sudocrem , is also very good for minor skin problems.
  13. I fit medical equipment for the Nhs , so I’m constantly washing my hands or using wipes which dries your skin and causes splitting, as Cato says, O keeffes cream is great , and I use this , it moisturises but it’s not greasy 🙂
  14. No I didn’t stop playing, but I had to fret more with the pad of my finger than the top 🙂
  15. I had this a while ago, I thought it was a splinter as it was very tender to touch when I fretted a note , but no sign of anything , it went away on it’s own after about 4 weeks 🙂
  16. Nice job, that looks great Painy.
  17. I used the markbass amps for a long time and always used the filters otherwise I couldn’t get the sound I wanted, the pedal could be all you need (I want one now 😁) ,I’ll be interested to hear how you get on, I’ve kinda gone back in time, at the moment I’m using an , Ashdown mag 300 EVO lll head , with markbass Ny 115’s , with a bit of compression, and really loving the sound The UB40 band sounds like good fun , I really like some of earl Falconers basslines, Kingston town being one of my favourites 🙂
  18. I’ve never tried a mudbucker , but I like the idea, there’s a pic of one fitted to a jazz bass below, I don’t know much about electronics but If you can get the controls right I think it would sound great, but my Sandberg TT in active mode with labella low tension flats gives me a great clean deep reggae tone , so do my jazz basses with tapes . Btw, that’s a cool looking bass you have mcnach 👍
  19. For any sly and Robbie fans, some studio footage, nice Bassline 🙂
