    I have 7 jazz basses mim and Mia and everyone sounds and feels different but a while ago I bought a tokai jazz not particularly expensive , and it is great it’s been my go to bass since I got it. I always thought the more money you spent the better it would be but it doesn’t seem to work that way

    I agree with Yorks The bass looks good as it is. There’s not really much you can do if the wood is dented under the lacquer apart from sanding and filling the imperfections and re lacquer. You can buy another strap button they are pretty cheap. Nice bass 👍

    Hi. I know Hornchurch well I’ve had quite a few basses set up in PMT Romford they did a great job and dv247 isn’t bad either

    As Gary says and Drill a few holes in a piece of scrap wood to get the right size drill bit for the screw Probably 2 or 2.5 mm drill bit. or you’ll be plugging another hole

    The neck without the blocks looks better to me as it’s a bit lighter but overall it’s looking fab👍

    Hi I play a lot of bob Marley and black uhuru which are not as easy as some may think as there’s a lot of muting and ghost notes going on but a great tune to play just to get timing and to practice keeping it in the pocket is Sade ,why can’t we live together

    I think it would devalue your p if you add to it it might be worth getting something like this I have one and you definitely get the best of both worlds and the neck on mine is so comfortable
