Cocktail sticks for me too , they are a bit harder than matchsticks , and they plug the hole good 🙂 -
I’ve seen that before Mc daddy, it’s a good way to remember them, Mark gives an easy explanation on this video too 🙂

I’ve used many of mark’s tutorials in my practice routines, I like his no nonsense and no waffle approach, I can imagine his courses being very good, I look forward to your feedback @Newfoundfreedom, good luck 👍

My P was my go to bass for years but the jazz gives me the right sound for what I play and I prefer the look of them, having said that I wouldn’t part with my P, if you can stretch the finances I’d say have both , if not get the jazz , ( it sounds nice) and maybe save for another P 🙂

If you keep an eye on eBay or make a few cheeky offers, you will pick up an Ashdown mag head to go with your cab , they are great amps 🙂

For me BC is a font of knowledge about basses, amps, pedals, equipment, recording, ohms, etc, I’ve learned so much from here, any questions anyone asks is answered , there’s everyone from bedroom bassists to professionals, it’s a great community, full of great people , where everyone can have their say 🙂

1998 Candy Apple p bass special , really nicely worn in neck 🙂

Sounds good, I only really use flats, I’ve just found some Hofner verythins on google, they are really nice .
