1. Had mine been a Sonic Blue it would never have left - that^^ is drop dead gorgeous! Here's my (former) LPB one, great bass even though I tend to always loose it with both LPB and CAR after a while (like eating sweets every day).
2. From the logo an PU placement (correct 70's spacing) it definitely looks like a US 75RI model. IIRC, around 2002-2003 a couple of MIA 75RI factory special runs were made in CAR, LPB and OW - and a limited number of Sonic/Daphne Blue ones as well.
3. Why oh why did I ask for those pics... Could someone please grab this wonderful Roscoe!!
4. That's what I'm talking about - very nice Roscoe, the fingerboard is amazing and the top really sweet! Whereabout are you located?
5.
Here are mine:
I just fell of my chair!!
6. Any chance for better pics?
7. I'm no DB or Cello player, but this I just have to share. Hope you'll enjoy it:

Lovely slap sound, 70's jazz by any chance?
10.
..and as some of you may know 2am is always my most productive hour for anything. So here's a bass only arrangement of Dynamite - Taio Cruz (not the whole song, but I did this in about 15 minutes) What'cha think? Click!
Brilliant, love it!
11. 10 out of 10 for documentation, cool stuff!! So how did the evaluation go?
12. Though no less hassle for you, ebay has got to side with you on this. Right? And the seller - what a guy...

Mike Lull M5V Just arrived - the long awaited replacement for my old and sorely missed M5V that was traded in a moment of GAS. Plays as effortlessly and sounds as good as it looks. No, really it does!! This one will stay - yessir.
14.
That is amazing! What a stunner!
+1, love it!!
15.
The joy of being with great friends, playing great music for an appreciative audience... it doesn't get any better for me
This^^
16. 1) Roscoe SKB3005 My favourite fivestring, wonderful to play and sounds better than most both live and recording. 2) Sadowsky NYC M5-24 Plays so effortlessly it's unreal. 3) Fender Jazz -75 Because I totally love the 70's jazz sound. 4) Fender Precision-57RI Because many times a P-bass is where it's at. 5) EBMM Stingray 30th Anniversary My favourite fourstring, love it. 6) Yamaha BB3000S -87 Because it's stood by me for 24 years and still holds its own.
17. I paid 2.35k for a BSR5EG in mint condition in September of 2008, don't know what would be fair under present market conditions but at the time I thought I did a great deal. Anything below 2k would be a steal IMO.

The Octamizer is a really really great pedal, someone should grab it!
19. Meat and potatoes, Fender P-57RI The ultimate fivestring for me, Roscoe SKB3005 And two from the past which I still kick myself for parting with: Yamaha BB5000, fretless Fender Jazz-78
20. Hej och Välkommen!!
21.
Lovely! That's the 1st White Roscoe I've seen as well! Lovely instrument!
Thanks mate, glad you like it!
Yes, it's the best fiver I've had, and I've had some of the best. Tracks wonderfully and has incredible attack. Without being all thuddy like a Fender often is. I don't know how Keith makes the necks, but there's something about the Roscoe neck that allows for a ton of attack without sacrificing THICK tone and good sustain.

The five-string and six-string necks are VERY different! The white five is the easiest-playing bass I've played. And has a B-string that can take on Dingwall that spans a whopping 37".
I can only agree, still today I am blown away by how nicely it plays and how massively good the B-string is - it has set quite a high standard for my other fivestrings... In addition, the neck is probably my favourite of all basses I've ever played. Thanks again for sending it my way, and rest assured it's getting played a lot!
If I was fives-player I'd still have the white one. I'm not too miffed about not having it anymore, though, since I've found new love:
Pure class, what wonderful basses! I can imagine you get along rather well with them.
22. Ouch!! What a guy.
23. That neck is a stunner!
