I can't say I read it like that. It may be a trope but that doesn't preclude it from being correct in some cases.

In my band we use a personal bank account in my name. The business account charges were prohibitive and the turnover didn't warrant it. I maintain full accounts and keep the guys fully up to date. I send them the file with a bank reconciliation done. I do the same with CD sales and reconcile sales to the number of them left.

The JH-S solo on Kid is worthy of mention too.

I would get the Ampeg Micro CL in the classifieds. I have one and it is plenty for the home and is quite a nice visual joke, being a scaled down SVT.

If I want to make a noise I have an Ampeg Micro CL set up. Just for the hilarious visual joke really. Generally I have a small usb mixer plugged into the pc and practice with headphones.

Hi Nik. I just find his playing way more than is needed, and it leaves me a bit cold. It's all horses for courses, naturally enough. I don't profess to be the arbiter in any such discussion (none of us holds that distinction). I'm not much of a fan of any player that feels the need to draw attention to themselves, be they a YouTuber or virtuoso. Neither of them do stuff that I enjoy. I can't do much of what they do, but then I don't want to. I appreciate technique, don't get me wrong. It just doesn't float my boat.

Bought a guitar multi-fx pedal from Brian. Dead straightforward transaction. The pedal was posted straight away and was very well packaged. Tracking number was supplied and communication was excellent. Entirely trustworthy and highly recommended.

Same here. I have flirted with Rays over a number of years - starting with a 78. They just don't work for me. The sound just seems to disappear as you play the upper strings. Probably down to me, but I'll stick with a P-bass or two.

A mate of mine had one of those. 2x12 and just volume and tone controls. He played a Grimshaw Les Paul through it, and I have never heard a better guitar sound.

In fairness (though I doubt it would be seen in this way) I would have thought that is more likely to be disclosed to those making an enquiry, or even upon a sale. Other basses offered don't have a comprehensive history in the blurb. Anyhow, my turn to waste bandwidth.
