  1. Nothing inspiring here for Bass Players
  2. My Grendel is also Bartolini 35” scale 19” bridge I paid 5/8’s of fa for it yet is probably my favourite
  3. I’ve not had a go on that but the Dreadbox Kinematic was a heap of fun for sure!!
  4. I sold mine about 3 years ago (?) Heavy instrument, but had good balance playing standing up. Mine (and the other ones exported to Asia Oceania) didn't have the TBX circuit I pretty much used it with flats (Chromes) Diamond Comp and Sadowsky preamp
  5. I use LaBella FS 105 E on my 71 Jazz smooth as a baby's bottom
  6. Genesis 5'er , rare and by all accounts stunning I would very much like a go on one well done Itu

    Boss LMB3

nice pedal - the Enhance pot was unusable for me however I prefer the older Brown Boss Limiter - they are fairly scarce now - so for a lower cost VCA type compressor/limiter both Boss options are very good I have yet to try the new Boss Bass Compressor
  8. No Problem I’m considered helpful and popular by both of my friends

the early 2000's USA SUB neck will have the serial number as a sticker on the back of the headstock

  12. Nice one. And yes your homage looks great
  13. Ooh I live in Aotearoa and the Prunes and Custard is a Coll if quirky pedal
  14. V1 just at 250 V2 add 250 and 900 SGFX 250 500 900 as I said before I have never had a try on a Lustihand but totally a Diamond fanboy tragic👍
  15. Diamond always had “Mid EQ” the SGFX reissue just added another threshold point 250 -500 - 900 i prefer the reissue over the original BCP-1
  16. MTD Grendel c.1997 Made in the Czech Republic such a great instrument
  17. Nice one Unfortunately have yet to ever try one but I'm still on the Diamond Comp which I read is the "inspiration" for the Alma
  18. Tough book but good
  19. GHS on the fretless Stingray Chromes on the Warwick Fortress 5 and Precision LaBella on the Jazz, Steinberger and Stingray 5 Sadowsky Blue (new) on the Tobias Sadowsky Black on the MTD i think I liked Chromes more on the fretless than the GHS but the GHS was very nice on a fretless Jazz
