  1. But yes, sounds very very interesting
  2. I found the RNDI too clean, to the point it was bland. I primarily play a Ric with flats, for years I used a countryman type 10. Recently had the opportunity to try the Motown Di and directly compare it to the Neve, Countryman and a Radial Stagebug (passive). I’d bought the stagebug as the cheap, smallest high quality di I could find with a view to have it in a gigbag for emergencies. I bought the neve and wholly expected to sell the stagebug and countryman, maybe buy a Acme. Results of my shootout: I sold the neve Bought 2 more stagebugs (one in each gigbag) Kept the countryman The stagebugs sound shockingly close to the Motown di. The countryman is more open and clear without being boring. I can pm you the Dropbox link with my very rough playing if you want to compare and decide for yourself. But in short you do not NEED an active di for a passive bass. It does provide more headroom and a stronger signal but no Soundman will struggle with a passive instrument into a passive di. Everything I found in my shootout was instantly wiped out as soon as they started turning on neve eqs and studio compressors etc. There is a secondhand stagebug on bassdirect for £60 I would suggest you get that and see if you are left wanting on a gig.
  3. Once you hack it to load all the ms70cdr sounds on 😅 Love it but as soon as I use a particle reverb I go down to 2 fx instead of 4 😂
  4. Absolutely pains me to say a Zoom MS60b I’m going to change to a 70cdr because I keep running out of dsp. But after years of avoiding Zoom it’s an incredible box. Really really annoys my snobbery
  5. Sorry but what is that gigbag 😍
  6. Have you ever compared that to the Atlas?
  7. And for anyone wanting to catch you up https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/225252325252?hash=item347215b784:g:dh0AAOSwtRtjc3EN&amdata=enc%3AAQAIAAAAwLSnoxOhMJ4s2LPMPzSw5%2F4FoqaJyk8qjBEAz3c7U8mDgtDd2Fbih8MDI662OeXrmdS3%2BLuY2%2BhCThedIFnRN0xg%2F5oaMwjS1eZ7RIppW%2FQUaaViJHSaZf2gowWAKMRUEAT3W3LwEjLPCxtbCSKuPareGC7axuiT%2Bu5sgx%2BaIUDfFK6GQ37E11jsq5jj0O4BkyO5eZIZcA9nQC7bh1B6OZRkYPp7Y428p1KT%2BBpGz4j75sBGLnjyzeAzMx8wD4fRog%3D%3D|tkp%3ABk9SR_LV46jwYQ
  8. I was super excited but initial reviews seem terrible on bass
  9. I had a small stone the same as yours (also had a green muff that looked like it had been set on fire) the Small stone was by far the funkiest phaser I’ve ever played. One of the few pedals of that type I miss. Enjoy
  10. As did I, but i lost out to you. Enjoy and don’t forget me when you get bored 😘
  11. If you open them in a new tab they do, they’re all in dropbox
  12. And if anyone knows where I can get one there the pins fold in like this https://www.apple.com/sg/shop/product/MHJF3ZP/A/20w-usb-c-power-adapter please also chip in.
  13. This, I have 3, one in each gigbag.
  14. https://ampguitars.com/product/3leaf-audio-bass-envelope-filter/ 💁🏼‍♀️
  15. That aux in with volume control. I have an sfx mixer to do that for wired iem mixes. It has a di but no eq. So this pretty cool for that purpose
  16. Did the dusk replace the IE Xerograph? Do you know how well it works as a pure lpf? Like the fx25
  17. I really want to try the Jive, looks a fantastically fun pedal. My ocd firmly approves of your board 😅
  18. So much better when nearly all the pedals are the right way round 😅
  19. Well I’d say it cuts bass anyway so I don’t think you’ll have the problem. It’ll fill the gap but I don’t think you’ll find it’s a keeper, mine lasted 15 minutes 😅
