Punchline is a little large 😂 but fits on the XPND nicely. Gone through a lot of fuzz pedals to decide on a boost for this weekends gig.

READ THIS FIRST Everything about this pedal is fully functional but the 4 way switch is either quite stiff or had something split on it by a previous owner. The buttons press but they don’t have much in the way of movement and no tactile click, but you push them and the options change. /END OF DISCLAIMER It’s mainly the up and down but assume the worst and that non of them have a solid click, they all work, but you won’t get a satisfying button click on them. There might be something you can do, something you can spray in it, I don’t know. That said its a fun pedal, I have the 60b and the 70cdr. I’m trying to sell them all to get one of the newer models. Comes with the box, and papers Priced to move but open to offers, I’m not using it and I don’t want to carry it on my next leg of travels

This is next on my list but I’d get the big one. Working through what I do and don’t like on my JHS Punchline currently

No, I don’t think it’s worth the wait. Having bought and sold one twice. I think if you look through all the rave reviews on the forum, they’ve all since sold it. Ian Allison is no longer using it on his small board, Rocco Palladino only uses the pre/clean out, Tim Lefebvre is using a quad cortex live (for now at least). It’s good, but it’s not magic

Well when someone makes a channel strip/studio chain pedal that’s designed for flatwounds it’s basically like someone made a pedal just for me. But if I don’t like it, it’ll be going in a drawer for 10 years ready to cash in on that scarcity 😂 (or more likely it’ll be on this forum end of October)

I’m in the US currently so mine arrives in a couple of days.

In this interview He’s using the Dod FX25 which I think is around the time you’re referring to. 15m 47s he talks about it

Generally it’s to realise an idea I have. So it’s either a very specific effect like a big synth I want to riff on, or where I actually started with the Zoom was a run away oscillating delay to hit at the end of a song and take us into the next one. So in these instances I’m turning a patch on and off. If someone wants or I want chorus or an octave on a track I have a few single effects or chains ready to go and I can just turn on the individual effect on and off. Mainly this is my thrown it down and play pedal. If I need something more structured or I’m changing fx a lot or there are going to be all sorts of random demands I’ll take a pedalboard.

I use the Zoom MS60b and am looking to upgrade to the newer one or 70CDR+

We’ve discussed this at length, I think there is an oddity in the LS2 where it mutes on the return so you’d potentially end up with signal to both outputs doing it this way. There was definitely a Bright Onion box to make this easier, or just having the Fishman Platinum Pro on double bass and not needing the switcher at all (you lose volume pedal on double bass) At this point though @Higgie is just going to say it works and it’s wired up and I can’t change it 😂 For anyone else needing to do this the Grace Design Felix is the only all in 1 unit I could find that would do this. It would also give you the flexibility to run 1 output for both basses if you needed to. Long term this is still my recommendation to @Higgie if more and more gigs are doubled.
