2. The SP210 cab weighs in around 20kg and the head about 3.5kg, so the 52lb figure is believable. Clarky, just buy the head and SP210 seperately!!

6. Guitarist... How long have you been using that Orange rig in the band? Me....... Since I started in the band (2years)........................ Is it something in the water in Brum?
7. I've got a set of pick-ups from a CIJ 62 re-issue, if you want to slot them in and see if there's a difference. I've since replaced the with Seymour Quarter Pounders, which are the mutts nuts as far as i'm concerned.
8. Forget bubblewrap... the weight of that thing will kill any form of it. With those kind closures, I'm pretty sure you can use a cable/zip tie to keep it closed. I'd give it a layer of thick cardboard on the outside, and if you've got enough tape, mummify it to make it really obvious if it's been tampered with.
9. If you can play like Andy Fraser, Boz Burrell, John Deacon or Tony Franklin, you can replace me.... I play in a Paul Rodgers tribute

16. Should get approx 1000 hours from a Duracell in an active bass.
17. PMT stock quite a few, but stock varies from branch to branch. Bass Direct in Warwick stocks them as well.
18.
Despite my non-weirdo playing style - I may frequent this bash. If so you've got a lift . I will however bring some non cack-handed instruments so I don't feel totally freaked out.
If you give me a lift, you can try out my Dean Pace...... how's that for bribery!!!
19. I know i'm only in Birmingham, If anyone's driving through, can I scam a lift? Happy to share fuel costs etc. Means I can bring more stuff!!!
