That looks a great bass. I think Korea still produces some of the best quality instruments around, my Peerless and Spector are prime examples of very well made basses.

You are absolutely right, if they weren’t there, it’s up to them to say when they are. They sound like a right bunch of amateurs looking for a reason not to refund. I hope you bought it on a credit card.

Hideous headstock spoiling an otherwise quite conventional Jazz. I don’t think having extra dot inlays justifies the rather high price. He may sell enough in Japan but otherwise I’m afraid he’s likely to bomb. It’s one thing to be the top luthier with a well known brand but quite another to survive on your own in an already over crowded marketplace.

I have seen comments about the difficulty of getting a gig bag to fit a JC. My Peerless came with a hard case, but I found my RokSak bag fits perfectly too. Bought on eBay, not sure if the company are still offering them but worth a look.
