  1. Ever considered a fretless? Hours of enjoyment of a Mwah different kind. Although I’m not personally fond of them a Warwick would be good and familiar as you already have one.
  2. Doesn’t look like many of us having matching basses and guitars, or we’ve got better things to do in lockdown! Come on chaps and chappesses you know you like to show off your gear and we like looking at it.
  3. Headstock shape and logo are hideous!
  4. I was posting a parcel today at my local and the lady said there were huge delays especially with second class post, upto 4 weeks. It’s probably the same with couriers, virtually no planes and I expect the ferries are carrying a lot less trucks and food and PEP will take precedence. Patience will be rewarded.
  5. NO FRETLESS! Missing out on the mwah!
  6. Hasn’t anyone ever thought of doing a hollow body ‘slab’ precision. It would seem to lend itself to the concept and get over the weight issues everyone seems to complain about.
  7. Interesting, what strings do you use for 25ins scale?
  8. Excellent colour choice! What exactly is the rather lush looking P? No Fender, I’ll bet. 👍🏼
  9. Funny should say that I borrowed my brothers fretless Status and the electrics promptly packed up,! Cost me to get it fixed.
  10. That looks great as well, I particularly like the‘F’ hole on it and the walnut is handsome. Look forward to more pictures when it arrives.
  11. Headstock shapes don’t seem to be Schecter’s strong point. Don’t like the Banshee’s (terrible name) or any others shown here. 👎
  12. Westones were incredibly good instruments for the money. My brother had both fretted and fretless basses which I borrowed regularly.
  13. That’s a lovely looking piece of maple.
  14. How about this, not known for playing Violin basses, but Entwistle had one mid 60’s and his was an early model.
  15. Sitting at home, as most of us have to, I noticed that my basses and guitars follow themes. I am sure that out there are collections of all blacks or matching red strats and precisions soo thought it would be fun to start a matched guitar and bass theme. The Taylors and the Gibson are much closer in real life, the photo makes the Gibson looker paler than it is. Then there are the sunbursts (there is also an amberburst but no matching guitar.
  16. I have a Spectorcore Fretless 5 too. Excellent bass for the money.
  17. Don’t often see these in black rather than the orange.
