It's to get another bass. Got two p basses and a jazz. Thinking of the jazz let go but it sounds amazing with SD pups and rotosound roundwoods.

How hard is it for you to sell a bass you like the tone of, playability etc. but use the least. I've got a decision to make. One in and one out....

Shame I work, was planning to go last three years.

I own two squier; a jazz c vibe and Matt Freeman p bass. Both brilliant.

I own both p and jazz basses but play p basses mostly.

I mounted the speakers in 80s. Little one already has her own toy TV remote. But she loves the amp knobs and the speakers on the floor a perfect mix for a disaster.

As the topic title. Getting rid off speakers for safety aspects and need a soundbar.

Many many years ago I had to learn several songs in a short time notice such as Queens, Rainbow, Alice Cooper, Extreme, Bon Jovi and some others. The rehearsals went well and when we had our first booking the singer left.That was the last time I gigged in 1998. Now I found the very end part of Two Minutes to Midnight by IM challenging.

I have always owned bass combos but remember my 115 Peavey BW was enough to play in a small to medium sized hall some 25 years ago. If I was to gig again I'd love something beefy like 2 410 stack with a tube amp on top.Just in case...

I am not a big pedal fan. For my electric guitar I use a tube screamer into cry baby wah. Bass is mostly nil pedals but planning to start using them. I've got a di hartke pedal and TC electronic spectracomp and I would plug bass into di then spectracomp then amp. This is what I see a logical order. Correct me if I'm wrong. If I was to add cry baby wah what would be a good order...or is there such thing as good order...horses for courses..

I thought this thread would turn out to be about Miller and Wooten. Nice to see a variety of taste. Surprised no one mentioned Matt Freeman who I think it's unbelievable for what he does and Cliff Burton?

Obviously mine is Steve Harris. First I heard Iron Maiden was around 1982-1983. It was bass lines such as Killers, Wratchild and The Number of the Beast that made me always wanting to play bass. Live After Death really blew my mind away.

I use it myself. I design my own drums beat. Select which ever kick drum, snare , hi hat etc I like then I visualise the drums beat I have in my head, adjust the tempo timing etc and done. Add reverb to individual drum bits and done.
