  2. Hi, educate me, how does one pay for stuff through this site ?, it would need to be on a carrier, we have P/Force on contract at work cost me £13.50 to have it picked up, you would need to put a bit of something round it, any good ?
  3. Looks ace, just bought a Badass bridge for my Japanese fender jazz, right number of screw holes but only the centre one is right, sigh.
  4. Mmm, got a Bta300 myself, thought they were just over five stone, i never put it completely down on the floor, or that's what ill be flat on. But i paid 700 quid for mine with flight case, great amp, i can run both my Orange Obc115's with it, woo !

  6. I moved from Edmonton, North London to west Yorkshire many moons ago, stopped going to London when all the oldsters had passed. I go to both York and Leeds regularly, couldn't live in Leeds, as a country boy now it's too busy and fizzing for me, York I could manage, if your heart is up here, could you not have a short break in York and check out the "scene" ? Apologies if I'm telling you how to sucks eggs. Best of luck with your decision fella.
  7. Really ?, only me pondering his xmas tree up in September then, lol. 🐾

  13. Oh yeah !, I have one of these Ctm100's, everything that the other members have said and better all rounder than my Ashdown Bta300 hybrid, which I can barely carry !
  14. Hi guys, not wanting to hi-jack your thread, is this the right area to ask for tabs ?, i want some for a song that doesn't seem to be available on T'web, and wondered where to put my ''wanted add'' Good luck with finding what you want fella.
  15. Hello Sarah, I briefly played bass in my dad's dance band mid teens, your looking at a gap of nearly fifty years here for a re-start , you've already achieved more than I ever will band-wise, well done !
  16. Now then, i've had a look at your cabs and spotted an EBS Proline2000, though confusingly called a 311, whatever, could you at B/gallery and other B/chatters give an opinion on its ''sound'' please. I currently use one or two Orange OBC115's, or one 115 with an Orange2x10, comparisons please, i play slow blues, Clapton, G/Moore etc. Thanks in advance !
  17. Hi, I use these flatwounds on my s/scales, they're not too over polished in feel to the finger and have a good deep tone.

    MATAMP

Been back to Matamp, twelve inch drivers are all that he needs to manufacture to sort the majority of orders placed, these units will complement his amps, so sounds like no bass cabs specifically, shame. But I know he's done bass amp's in the past, does anybody have a Matamp bass cab ?
  19. Yes, that little number is on that album, whichever box it's in ?
  20. Yes, Montrose !, I have an album of them, never seen 'em live though, going to look for that, thanks.
  21. Excellent !, I paid strong money to see these guys and Little Feet live in the seventy's. My dad used to play tenor sax but not like this, lol.
